They are not prepared whatsoever. I went in to pick up my order and they didn’t have enough cookies to fulfill the orders they had. Nothing backed up. Nothing. They told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait. The lady was not apologetic or nothing was more concerned with just getting us out of her store. It’s understandable to have multiple large orders but there should always be back up and stuff going when you start to get low. You shouldn’t starting them after you run out with a list of people still waiting. They should have been started long before. I’ve worked food service and know what running low feels like, but I’ve never let a popular item or my stores run out in general. Some cookies are a hit or miss depends on your palette and sweetness level some of them can be very sweet. My favorites are the ultimate peanut butter and the Kentucky Butter cookies.
