They are not prepared whatsoever. I went in to pick up my order and they didn’t have enough cookies to fulfill the orders they had. Nothing backed up. Nothing. They told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait. The lady was not apologetic or nothing was more concerned with just getting us out of her store. It’s understandable to have multiple large orders but there should always be back up and stuff going when you start to get low. You shouldn’t starting them after you run out with a list of people still waiting. They should have been started long before. I’ve worked food service and know what running low feels like, but I’ve never let a popular item or my stores run out in general. People would come in and she’d tell them they were out and they would just turn around and walk out, they make the cookies in house so I’m not sure how you let it...

Just had the worst experience ever at the fond du lac location I ordered 6 cookies and I didn’t realize til I handed the box to my husband in the car that the bottom and side of the box was full of frosting which got all over my husbands clothes so I went back in and complained but the manager just laughed at me and said she wasn’t gonna help me because my husband got mad and pushed the box and one of the cookies went on top of the other she said I’m not gonna help you cuz I didn’t do that so I walked back out not very happy with your company right now she was a totally rude to me laughing and stuff not a way to get good...

A sweet spot for sure. Every week they rotate cookie flavors besides the chocolate chip cookie available every week. Some cookies are a hit or miss depends on your palette and sweetness level some of them can be very sweet. My favorites are the ultimate peanut butter and the Kentucky Butter cookies. Workers always say "welcome to crumbl" when entering the store. They are higher priced but they are a larger cookie They now offer minis and cakes now too. Good for a once in a while treat or to...
