Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Honestly, it's never been my desire to set foot inside this particular Jimmy John's. I'm kind of offended by the fact that their delivery drivers always park in the closest spots making me as a customer walk an extra 25 feet in -10 degrees. Not only do they occupy the space in front of their own store, but they block batteries supply also using the one space they have available as well.

This evening I had a craving and caved in. I found the staff there kind and courteous which is typically something this chain excels at. It never fails that I am greeted by smiles and good cheer when I walk into a location and this one did not disappoint. I ordered two sandwiches that were both customized and made correctly very quickly. One of those was a #14. I'm not sure if corporate cut down the portions or what, but I could taste some turkey and bread and that was about it. The mayo was spread to thinly it's like it wasn't there and when I opened up my sandwich to make sure they put roast beef on it, it appeared to be shaved, not sliced. The garg I ordered for tomorrow I haven't opened yet, but it didn't feel as heavy as I'm used to.

Get it together JJs. You can't expect customers to pay gourmet prices for your food and skimp on the ingredients. Right now, Wal-Mart is making a better sub than you are. And it only costs $6.

I recently ordered two Plain Slim sandwiches from Jimmy John's, and my experience was quite disappointing. Despite specifically requesting a plain sandwich, one had a small piece of lettuce inside the sandwich, and the other had a piece of lettuce in the wrapper.
