Believe it was the 20th of September talked to the store owner super nice guy and has been trying to correct issues at the store and offered to correct the issue so changing the star rating based on the conversation and his willingness to listen and correct the issue. I dont delete original posts but I will always give 2nd chances and add to a post when contacted by the owner or manager of a business as I get its hard to control others actions only thing you can donis release them.from employment and hire better people.
sep 18th 2020 I ordered a number 17 from this location my order was wrong had pepper and everything else on it when order clearly shows is was not to be on it. Read morePAUL THE MANAGER has OCD. I ordered a specific grilled chicken sandwich for my daughter who is lactose intolerant. It was made with cheese and I told Paul that it had to be redone. Instead of just redoing it Paul told me that I ordered it wrong even though I showed my daughters text message to the sandwich lady who copied it down on a piece of paper. Instead of making it again Paul had to school me on how to order sandwiches with Jersey Mike's. I told him it was not necessary to tell me how to order a sandwich and to just remake it. He would not let it go. He felt it necessary to tell me three times how I should order a sandwich. This was in front of 10 people online and it was highly embarrassing. Read more#1 the wait is horrible. The staff line system they have in place does not work. There is one person cutting cold cuts while 3 other employees just watch while the customer line builds up… just awkward. Customers just walk out after losing their patience.
#2 I asked for my sub to be heated and staff including manager (Paul) refused to this despite having a fully available grill. I explained that I was pregnant and it was unsafe to eat it cold and he still refused. He said he can only use grill for hot subs listed on menu and not cold cuts due to cross contamination. But their food slicer for cold cuts gets all kinds of cross contamination and it never gets wiped in between. I walked out this place hungry and confused.
