Orange Julius — Restaurant in Town of Guilderland

We walked the whole mall just to find OJ. First time for my kids. We get there and a girl said "I just started restocking stuff, it will be about 5-10 minutes". I said sure no problem. Then about 10 minutes later she said it was going to be a couple more minutes. Again, no problem. Meanwhile others were coming up and she was telling them she was closed. After waiting 15 minutes, she then told me that she wasn't going to be able to help me until 4 because she needed a break! What?!?! During this time at least 10 people came and left. I stayed because she told me 10 minutes and since we don't have 1 at home, we didn't mind waiting. This girl then broke down and was practically crying that she's the only one there all the time and she has to do this all the time. I told her she should do stocking in between customers. She said she's too busy to do that. She did make my 4 drinks, but only after I asked for her name and her managers name and she refused to give me either as she wasn't allowed too. In reading other reviews, seems to be common here. She wouldn't be miserable if she wasn't stuck by herself. July 1 2025 1:45 Waited in line for 10 minutes had two other customers behind me. Never saw an employee. Tried calling three times no answer. No button to push to let them know you are even there. Maybe the employee shouldn’t just sit out back and play on their phones maybe make a stronger policy about employees being out front. Have a bell something. We own two restaurants I’d be furious if my employees treated my business this way. You earned your three star rating you don’t even deserve that. Luckily plenty of other places to go in the mall as I certainly will never waste my time again. The two other customers behind me walked away also. So you must like loosing business I’m sure you won’t be here next time I come you will just be another empty space like many other places...

Orange Julius used to be great a couple of years ago, but I decided to try them again after a long time because it’s been a while. But I’m not going to lie, my mom ordered an orange juice, and it tasted horrible, like it was sitting outside for a whole day at room temperature.
