I pulled into the drive through with four cars ahead of me. I waited five minutes and no cars moved except for the one that turned around to leave. I parked and walked in. There were four crew members behind the counter looking at a woman in the dining room who was talking. I waited at the counter for about a minute until the girl in register acknowledged me. I asked her if they were open for service. The way they all stood around it looked like there was an equipment failure and service stopped. Add in the line at the drive through and you understand my confusion. She looked at me as if I were stupid for asking that question. I didnt bother to explain myself. I ordered my food and sat down. 7 minutes later I looked up and watched the guy who was behind me walk off with my food. I got called up and told them they were giving me the wrong food. The girls argued and remade my good pretty quick. Food was ok. They were piling up trash in the kitchen to take out. Right at the POS. I thought that was weird. A man from the back was pushing a box of cups around. Not sure why. then when woman who took my order took 2 sleeves of cups and left. As I left I saw the man fiddling with the boxes of cups by the dumpster but not throwing them away.
It was weird. Service was bad. Food was eh. Idk wth was going on. Made me feel uncomfortable being in there.

She then gave me my change with the receipt and close the window really fast and turned her back and continued a conversation with a fellow employee. I'm looking at the window wondering if she forgot my food and wondering why she was so rude. So I waved down the guy she was speaking with and he said something to her and pointed to me. She then turned back around and opened the window. I asked her. Where is my food! She stated "that's what your waiting for!" I said. Next time tell the customer before you close the window and proceed with your conversation.. she just looked at me and closed the window again..

Read moreHonestly the shittiest Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to cause a scene at any establishment. I placed a mobile order and had gone in to pick it up, expecting it to be ready by the time I get there or at least within 5-10 min. WRONG. I stood there for damn near 50 min for a mobile order that literally had 4 things, meanwhile the workers are flying through the drive through orders. Why is that a priority? Not only that but people who came in AFTER i walked in that had placed an order in the establishment got their food before me. It should never take 50 min to make a damn mobile order with 4 items in it, and i understand being busy but its a honestly a horrible look on the location if the workers can’t manage online orders and the drive through.
