Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

The worst 1st experience! I ordered 5 pizza pies 3 days before I needed them for my baby girl's 3rd birthday at her daycare. The pandemic stole 2 years from us so this was to be apart of an amazing event. Fast forward to the day of, after I paid for the pies days ahead, and I call 30min before my pick up time to tell them I'm coming and they have NO record of my order. Truth is I broke down in that food court and cried. I will say they halled a$$ to get you my order and the manager was called and ge refunded my entire order... thanks you. Sad to sat the pizza was too doughy and the toddlers hardly ate a slice each...thank God I got...
