Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

The staff here is consistently rude and dismissive of their customers. Often shouting and snapping at people who are trying to order or ask for help. In particular, I have a consistent problem with one of their male employees who has tan skin, black slightly curly hair and wears a baseball cap + mask. He is often seen ignoring customers when they ask to get their drinks from behind the counter, and shouting at people who are trying to get his attention.

Today I saw him try and withhold a drink from a customer for no apparent reason, even after the customer confirmed it was their order THREE times. He also shouted at me today after I asked to pick up a friends order along side my own (the staff here puts all the drinks behind the counter and customers are unable to retrieve them themselves.) I said excuse me because he was a few feet away from the counter, he ignored me and turned to another customer and after helping them he handed me my drinks. I told him to have a good rest of his day, and he began to shout at me as I was walking out the store, telling me he’d make me wait longer next time. have been a customer of this place for years, they employ very friendly people everywhere, but the employees of the Roosevelt field mall are completely disappointing, they are all very rude, especially the woman working at the register. SHe is so rude that he talks to people insultingly. They don't take any orders properly. In an incident I experienced today, she demanded 10 cents from me for a small empty coffee cup, I wanted to pay with a card because I didn't have cash. In response, she used a derogatory sentence such as "You don't have any cash". SHe said rude things like you're going to tell me "please", can I have it, and even looked at her colleague and laughed, they just made fun of me for asking for an empty cup . I told her at the beginning that I could have an empty glass if possible, but I was not going to buy anything other than the cup. This woman needs to be checked urgently, she gives a price according to her own mind. As Dunkin donuts branches is there a charge for the empty cup ? I am curious. I occasionally go to this location. Today I went to purchase a Hot Chai Latte and I assumed the cashier didn’t hear me well. They made me a matcha latte. Before leaving the pick-up area, I opened it and noticed it was green and concluded that was not what I ordered. I told 2 of the guys making the orders that I ordered a Chai Latte and not a Matcha. I assumed they were fixing it. I waited for about 10mins and realized they were making other orders. So I asked them if they were making my correct order. One of the guy told me he made the order as per ordered and I have to go back to the cashier. I went back to her and told her that is not what I ordered and she was rude. She asked me why I didn’t bring it to her, I told her because that is not what I ordered. She picked up the matcha latter from the pick up area, emptied the cup and proceeded to make the Chai Latte in the same cup. The CASHIER IS DEFINITELY RUDE, SHE NEEDS TO BE COACHED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POSSIBLY NEEDS AN EAR CLEANING. SHE SHOULD BE MAKING THE ORDERS INSTEAD OF BEING A CASHIER WITH AN ATTITUDE!!!
