Unfortunately quality service only comes in person and during the day.. last night i ordered my food in the drive through and my total came up to 15.39 initially .. i had a 20 bill and 50 cent in change because i didnt want to take back alot of change (i was ordering food for my parents) about 10 mins later (because the line was long) i get to the window and the lady tells me my total is 16.17. I asked her to repeat the total she said it again 16.17 so i gave her the 20 and a quarter because once again I didn't want alot of change .. she comes back with $4 and a hand full of change and the receipt .. so i asked her again miss what was my total she told me 15.39 so i told her i had another quarter and I didn't want all of that change.. she gave me an attitude and told me no shes not giving me change because I already have my change and I only gave her one quarter... I tried to explain to her that I had another quarter but she told me the wrong price and she tried to argue with me over her messing up my price she then said she'll get her manager to open the register and at this point the other customers are beeping at me ... she's standing there staring at me and then her manager comes to switch the change as i watched them pic up the $5 and put it back down the manager comes and gives me 5 singles and said they had no more 5s .. she didn't even give me the change that came with it. That was one of the several encounters I've had with the employees another time a male staff of 4 made sexual remarks to my friends and I coming from a party they didn't put sauce in the bag and when i went back for the sauce i was asked what was my friend willing to do for it ? McDonald please vet out your employees and their attitudes because i go there for food not to be disrespected or treated...

I walked up to the door at 11:00 pm. The hours of operation read "Dining room open until 12:00" but for some reason the door was locked. A customer who was inside had to let me in. One of the staff members had his friends visiting and was just standing there talking until his friend told him to go ahead and take my order. Not one single person who was working there was wearing a hairnet. One guy was standing at the front counter on his cell phone. A while I was eating a customer was knocking on the glass so I went and opened the door for her.
When I used to work in customer service, we closed at 11pm, but if a customer walked in at 10:57 we served him/her. I understand wanting to be done early but DO YOUR JOB!! There is no reason why the door should be locking customers out an entire...

When I received the snack wrap it was ice cold, I asked Mia politely if I can please get a new snack wrap because the one that I received was cold. She immediately responded to me with an attitude claiming " that's how the chicken comes it's supposed to be cold, there isn't anything I'm going to do for you".
