Park Ave Deli — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

We used to order from here all of the time, after today, no more. Called with a complaint about an order. So called "manager" was very rude. We will not be ordering again. Sent in an order and said platter instead of combo. They sent the Sandwich in a container with no bread, just the meat, cheese, and condiments. Usually when you order a platter you are getting additional items not less. They indicated platter means no bread and on a plate. Where? If I ordered a cheeseburger platter, that usually means I want the burger (with bread), fries, and the pickle. Not a burger without bread. The platter is their interpretation. Where does it say this on their menu - - our interpretation of a sandwich platter is everything between the bread without the bread? I even looked up sandwich platter on Google. The bread is there. Maybe not with the meat on it, but it is there. I would have accepted that. But, to say we just don't know how to order food is...

Made my sandwich wrong. Asked for extra jack cheese on my Cozumel wrap. Got none at all. Called back to complain. Was told that cheese was on it. Since it was cooked I took their word. Then I opened the sandwich looked through the chicken, took a bite. No cheese. Called again and was told that he spoke with the sandwich maker and assured me they put 4 slices of jack cheese. How the hell this place got a 4.8 out of five stars is mind boggling! The food here is no better than the thousand other deli's I've been to before. The bread is hard and tasteless, the meat and cheeses used are low quality, surely not a name brand. The salads (Potato, Slaw, Mac) come from a A five gallon bucket, they are not home made. Normally a 3 Star Deli, the one Star rating is for the ridiculously exorbitant prices they charge. Am I in a posh five-star restaurant in Manhattan? Or a lousy little deli in...
