we love ralph’s ever since they opened our daughter is now 25 years old and we love have been enjoying it ever since her birth. Every time we go there we spend at least $50 -$75.00. Customer service is poor. They took my payment for making my milkshake. And then they gave me the wrong milkshake. Asked them to correct my drink since that was not what I ordered. They told me to stand on the back of the line. The line is far around the corner of the block. It was their mistake of making me the wrong order and they are taking no responsibility of fixing their mistake. Won't ever be coming back here. The drinks aren't that amazing anyway for the price. Jared, this Ralph’s is extremely amazing. The workers here are very kind and care about their customers. For example, worker is known as Christian, Ariana, Darian, and Liam are very nice people. On the other hand, we have Jared, Jared is I don’t really know how to explain him but that’s all I’m gonna say.
