Sam's Caribbean Marketplace — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I’ve been coming to Sam’s for years, but lately I’ve been having an awful experience with the lady that serves food in the back. She has purple hair and for some reason she has made a decision to dislike me. I ordered a small cowheel soup today and she gave me skin and water, instead of the usual meat with assorted vegetables, and I know she did that purposely because she and I had a similar altercation a few weeks prior, the lady at the cash register had the chef personally give me another soup with meat and vegetables. Sam needs to have a conversation with that lady with purple hair, because she’s letting her personal feelings interrupt the way she treats his customers, she is very bad for his business. The website made it difficult to order. When I choose patties or some other items it appears to go in, but once I check back in the cart it did not appear in it. So I had to keep correcting it. Once the order seemed correct I attempted to print it and could not. I sign in with my email so I could get some type of confirmation, that way; and that did not work. I did not get any confirmation from this company. When my box arrived it smelled like spoiled food. When I opened the box There wasn't any patties or gizzard etc.... I had a box consisting of breads. The food here is delicious and savory, I have been a customer for years. However, the ladies serving food are rude and unprofessional. It is unfortunate that anyone should have to deal with this type of behavior when spending their money and from our own Caribbean people makes it even worse. They act like it’s a soup kitchen and we are begging for food, it’s ridiculous. I try looking past this because I like the food and the location is convenient but it’s becoming unbearable. I’m seeing all these reviews about the horrible customer service and I am wondering why?
