Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I will never go to this Bruegger’s ever again! The service I received is not up to par. I ordered a plain bagel for pick up through the drive thru. I waited the 15 minute that the app tells us too after we ordered and when I got there, there was 1 car in the drive thru and 1 worker standing across from the ordering speaker on her phone… so I just assumed she was on her break. As I was pulling in, the car was pulling up to the window and the worker started walking over to the speaker. I stopped a few feet back as I didn’t know what she was doing and she looks at me and rolls her eyes and starts screaming at me to go. I’m all for someone having a bad day but it’s not my fault she’s having one and she’s taking it out on me! After I say I had a mobile, they tell me to pull around to window, which I did. He opened the window asked me what the name was and I told him and he shut the window. 5 minutes go by and he opens up the window to give me my bagel and tells me to have a nice day and I tell him to do the same. I pull around into the parking lot and open my bagel and take a bite only to run that it’s cold. Normally I wouldn’t write reviews but these incidents today were my last straw for this...

I went to Breuggars a few weekends ago and let me tell you I use to love love loveee their bagels and was a weekly customer in the store in Irondequoit before they closed however a few weeks ago after work I went to the one in Henerietta and it was busy so I didn’t mind waiting…However there was a VERY LIMITED option of bagels, they did not have any classic bagels like plain or sesame, blueberry or pumpernickel and no more than three bagels of other flavors. However I still decide to get their Big Bagel Bundle which is a bakers dozen and two tubs of a spread…I bring it all home and the one tub of honey WALNUT cream cheese had 3walnuts total in it! And my tub of hummus so sooo gross I opened the top and the hummus was all brown and crusty...I looked at the expiration date and it was TWO whole months past the expiration date...on top of that I did not get the correct amount of bagels I was two short from a bakers dozen, NOT EVEN a dozen! After driving 30min home I did not have the energy to drive back to complain but it still bugs me to the point where I do NOT want to go back to such a place that can’t count or keep...

I've held off on reviewing this place before even though I've had several poor experiences there, since I've worked food service and know firsthand that you do everything right behind the counter and still have things go wrong. But it feels like every single time I come here, something new goes wrong. The drive through takes twenty minutes despite there being only three cars ahead of you. They once closed in the middle of the day and only put up a tiny sign on the front door, so there ended up being a massive line up of cars just idling in the drive through. They get my order wrong constantly, extending the time I have to wait there. Today was the last straw - I asked for two poppy bagels with extra plain cream cheese. They gave me so little cream cheese that it was actually sheer; I could see bagel through it. It might have been legitimately be less than half of what they usually give. Can't help but notice that I got charged for extra, anyway. And this was after they gave me the wrong order the first time I asked - I even reminded them that I got extra cream cheese as they remade them. There's just no...
