Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

This Starbucks is a hidden gem right now! We went and it was not busy at all for a Saturday morning, unlike the other locations nearby that get crazy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! And they made excellent coffee and food for us. They have mini ice balls instead of cubes, which was exciting lol.

Awful customer service and they barely ever get the orders right. This is the last time I ever visit this location, I would rather drive to Calkins rd. My matcha latte has CHUNKS of matcha powder in it because they didn’t blend it, and they gave me an old, cold slice of pumpkin bread that was supposed to be warmed.
