Catalina's Bake Shop — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

What an amazing experience I had working with Catalina !! My goal was to provide a special Cake for my nephews 18th birthday.

I wanted a cake that looked like a Guitar, not any Guitar but his favorite guitar. That's what I wanted, that was exactly what I got. We could not have been happier with the cake Catrina produced. The end product was more a work of art than food. Not to say the cake was not delicious, cause it was amazing.

Catrina is such a warm and kind person, I will be sure to visit her business at every opportunity and so should you.

I wanted to update my review.. We had another family birthday my 10 year old Godson asked for a Fortnight cake. With little notice I called Catalina and she made it happen. Another family day made extra special compliments of Catalina.. Thank You for being so amazing! 6/23/2025 We had another Birthday, so I called Catalina. Glad I did. I recently had my wedding and I was looking for a bakery that would make a delicious custom cake. I went to several bakeries, but I was not satisfied, until I visited Catalina‘s bake shop! Not only was the place charming and warm, the cake and fillings were out of this world! It didn’t taste like the generic bakery fillings and cake batter. You can taste that everything was made with love and care. Catalina made my experience unforgettable. She had such a nice way about her she was so calm and patient. She catered to all our needs and made me feel right at home. The cake Catalina made for our wedding was so spectacular!!! Everybody was raving about our delicious cake !!! Thank you to Catalina and the entire bake shop for making our wedding day even more...

We’ve experimented with many different bake shops and literally nothing has come close to the goodness at Catalina’s bake shop. It’s a little further for us than all the other bake shops near us, but it’s worth the trip every single time. We originally discovered this place when I needed a cake for my daughter’s birthday which came out absolutely beautiful and was the best tasting cake we have ever. Now it’s also our spot for occasional treats. You can tell the owner/baker is extremely passionate about what they do and it’s what makes everything so good!

Edit: once again we asked for a specific birthday cake for my daughter and they delivered - it’s beautiful, she was sooooo happy! we’ll seriously never go...
