I just want to state that I have never been the one to write bad reviews ever. I never imagined that I would ever, but the experience today was horrible. For starters i ordered online through the Chilis app on a to-go order ASAP. I am getting it right before my shift because I wish to eat what I thought was yummy food before my shift, I get the Chicken Tenders with the fries and loaded mashed potatoes. I open the box and I see no loaded mashes potatoes, or mashed potatoes. Just fry potato. No mashing in sight. Please feed your workers so they don't have to take nibbles on my food and eat it because clearly someone in the kitchen got hungry and ate it till they couldn't stop because I know I didn't, this stomach is missing mashed potatoes. Now the Chicken. The texture of the chicken is so rubbery. There's no way this is real chicken, it must be like the 3D printed stuff that you guys are experimenting with or something. This chicken was hard to chew, it felt like every chew made my jawline 100x more sharper, like thanks for the jawline i guess but I wanted yummy food not a workout, if I wanted a workout I would've went to the 24hr fitness around the corner. Maybe use the money the company makes on real chicken rather than that 3D wanna be chicken. Like I know Chilis chickens always gets told "Don't worry about the other chickens you're my favorite chicken" That's a lie, Worry about the other chicken because Id rather have any chicken that this "chicken". If this place ever got told that their chicken is amazing it must've been on April fools day or Opposite day because its a joke and a lie. Now done with problem 1 of many. I got a molten lava cake, now I know that a molten lava cake from a to go order wont be molten since its to go but I did not know that it also includes a hair, cause I know its not in the ingredients list. Must've been a secret ingredient or something. Now Honey I know it wasn't my hair because I played peek a boo and saw a CURLY hair in my Ice cream, and my hair is PIN STRAIGHT maybe a little wave at times. Just like the wave that the hair gave me when it saw me but unfortunately for the piece of anonymous hair I did not wave back. In-fact I said goodbye, closed the lid and introduced it to someone new, A garbage can. Absolutely disgusting I do not want unwashed (or washed, expensive shampoo) hair in my food. That's just utterly ridiculous. Maybe spend money on some hairnets and hair-ties. Problem 3 now, I called immediately to discuss and it ultimately went with "you can come in and we will remake it" and after explaining that I am literally UNABLE to because I got it before work, they said "well we cant do anything then". There's two problems with that, One if I come in and ask for it remade you guys are just going to put extra hair in my food, Like hello I do not go meow, Cause theirs no way I am gonna be spitting out hairballs with the amount of hair they'll place. Two, Cant do anything about it? That's ridiculous. I called after work and I spoke with manager who seemed pretty rushy, I wasn't even being rude with him. He said he would send a Gift card via email and yet nothing to receive. Regardless I want just a refund, because there's no way I am even gonna walk back in here.
P.S- You can barely see the hair in the ice cream but its the black line it just got covered when I was grabbing my phone to take a picture P.S 2- DO NOT DELETE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A JOKE I AM SERIOUSLY ANNOYED AND...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnly good thing about working as a host here was the pay...some people made working there amazing while others made it very challenging. The person who made the schedules never knew what they were doing and it was always a mess. Some servers were entitled and demanded more tables than everyone else and lashed out at me for doing my job and would belittle me in front of guests. When it got busy the managers would helicopter over us like it was our first day when we had everything under control, making us feel incompetent. The favoritism from both employees and managers was ridiculous and destroyed my self-esteem. Managers would make us stay late into the night even when there was no one coming in to eat. A lot of the clientele were entitled and had attitudes, demanding to be treated like royalty and were nasty to us if they didn't get their way. They were never happy with the seat they were given. If they had a bad experience they would take it out on hosts when we had no control over the service and food. I had to pick up a piece of poop once while cleaning the bathroom (disgusting!) and there was usually pee all over the seats as well as trash on the bathroom floor. The food wasn't all that good either and felt leftover. Mac and cheese was clumpy and room temperature. Food was also microwaved. Why pay 30 dollars when you can go home, buy a box of frozen food from the store (that is probably better quality) for 4 dollars and heat it up at home. Don't understand the long wait times for such mediocre food. All in all just go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered and a dinner salad came out immediately, within literally 30 seconds. My mother ate alone. Then the rest of the apps come out, but neither server nor food runner left plates. Kids ate apps on napkins. Plates show up 15 minutes later. The staff are running back and forth without looking around. It took some time to finally get someone's attention (the same food runner), to ask for plates which he brought wet from the dishwasher. Food flavor was tasty enough. My son who's birthday we were celebrating, got his burger which he liked, and was excited with the curly fries that he tried when he got home because they came at the end of the meal much later than the burger. These, I asked to take off, and the manager comped us the curly fries, for which we are grateful. I had fajitas recommended by the server, but I think I would've gone with a burger instead. Just personal choice comparing the two in hindsight. My wife and mother were happy with their salads, as was my youngest son. One more thing was that we were sitting and the glare of the sun was hitting me and another person at the table. No one thought to draw the shades. The manager also comped 10% ( lol, she gave me the senior discount! I'm 49!! hahahahaha!) from the bill. Overall, I'd say a 3.6 experience at...
