First off let me start off by saying I love moes and their service has always been nothing but top notch anytime I visit the restaurant for a meal. My fiance and I ordered delivery last night for dinner and we weren’t thrilled with what we received. My quesadilla was definitely what I ordered and was delicious. My fiancés bowl on the other hand looked like ingredients were thrown in a container, when you order a bowl you expect a hardy portion but the portion he received was literally less that about a quarter of the way full. Also I normally get the meal with the chips and queso what I did not expect was to find halfway through my queso about 4-5 black hairs mixed in with my queso. It couldn’t be my hair because I’m full on blonde now and it’s not my fiancés because he received the bags from our delivery driver at our front door and everything was perfectly sealed. When I tell you I lost my appetite and threw out my whole meal I did. Do people not wear their hair up when working with the food or wear any kind of protective hair covering? I used to work in the food industry so I know the grooming standards and most importantly the standards when it comes to working with food if you have long hair. But does anyone not check the queso? Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER RETURN !!! I ordered 3 things. The bowl I ordered was very small portion. I found a piece of hard plastic in my chicken quesadilla. I have no idea what it is. It looks like an eye contact. I called the store because I was no longer near the location. A man answered the phone asking who was calling when I asked for a manager. I said , it’s a customer. He puts me on hold and yells it’s a customer and she won’t give me her name. I was on hold for a few minutes listening to a woman speak Spanish in the background. Finally a woman comes to the phone , she can barely speak English. I told her the issue and she asked me for the total , if I had a receipt. She then told me she would refund me for the quesadilla. She asked me to hold and once again I hear women in the background speaking Spanish. Another lady comes on the phone on tells me they are going to refund the entire order for 37.00 dollars. I said ok and then asked for her name. I could barely understand what she was saying. I’m very disappointed in the service. Attempted to locate corporate but never received a call back from them. Read moreHave been ordering the Nacho box almost weekly during football season the last couple years...Yesterday we ordered a box and when we got home we noticed there was no queso. I called to mention it and the lady on the phone said I either go back and pick it up (45 minutes there and back) or I can get a few dollars back (the price of the queso would be refunded). We ate the food we got and although tasty it wasn't the same... We weren't about to drive back for the queso and have everything else be cold. Very displeased with the service and the lack of trying to make it right. Moe's raves about the great queso and that's why we go. Very disappointed and will be looking else where for our Sunday football food from now on. Two stars since the food we did get was still tasty.
