Toxic wings Commack — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I’ve been going back and forth with these people for the past week almost. I placed an order directly from their website only to be charged then told that they were already closed. I thought I’d get a refund since the payment went through but no I got a phone call from the manager saying they were closed. After a few days I see I was charged with no reversal so I called again only for the phone to ring until the answering machine kicked in on MULTIPLE occasions. I called again today and guess what once again the manager wasn’t there and nothing could be done about my charge. An employee informed me after I went to the store on Commack re he did indeed speak to the manager and hopefully I’d get a call today or tomorrow. I don’t get how he was able to speak to him but I couldn’t get ANY correspondence!!! Hopefully I do indeed get a call tomorrow but if customer service so far is the way they handle issues I don’t have high hopes. I will continue to post reviews and keep everyone updated. I’ve never had an issue with them before so I’m not sure where the problem is exactly but I would like my $50+ dollars back. Ordered a bunch of wings, tried the Mango Habanero since that is my go to flavor whenever i order wings anywhere. The sauce had a weird smell, but the flavor was really delicious! Spicy and sweet! Had little chunks of the habanero pepper in it so id only recommend these if you are used to spice! Use some ranch to tone it down and these were perfect. Also got honey BBQ which is a classic flavor... The last flavor o got was HOT.. Which actually wasnt hot at all, but they were still good. They were more like mild. The ranch sauce they gave me unfortunately spilled all over the bag, id recommend that wrap it in plastic wrap like most places to avoid this mess. Between waiting on line (which only consisted of 3 people), and actually waiting for our wings and empanadas to be prepared, it was a 30 minute wait for what ended up being very gross wings and bland and salty empanadas. The boneless wings were half coating and sauced with some foul smelling sauce that had too much lime and not enough of any other flavor. They were spicy as expected, but that's it; lime and spice. The empanadas tasted identical, despite one being beef and the other chorizo and potato. Salt and maybe a hint of chili powder were the only discernable flavors.
