Dark haired manager has an arrogant temper. I walked in, I placed an order with a woman behind the counter who proceeded to prepare the items and suddenly the manager intercepted the oder. He looked me straight in the eye with finger console said in the most rude condescending tone “what do you want?” Do you know when you can’t believe this is happening? “What ran through my mind is I need to repeat myself or what’s his problem? I was so taken his attitude as if he was doing me a favor!

She’s got the order correctly and because of his need to be a tyrant caused her to rethink herself. She was doing her job, it was his job to take money. Okay maybe he needed to verify that the order was correct but that isn’t any excuse for speaking advertently rude to a customer. Mind you there were no barriers in communication. He understood well enough. In Trying to figure out why is this man dictating to me i decided to leave and cancel the order. The only thing I could think of he got pissed off she started to prepare before I received the bill. Whatever was going between them had nothing to do with me but no fool. I said nope not me , you have no right to speak to me this way. So I headed toward the door. But before leaving I asked him his name . his response was ,” it doesn’t matter “! I thought to myself It doesn’t matter a paying client is calling you out and walking out and I don’t matter?” I told him his attitude and behavior was absolutely unacceptable ,unwarranted and unprofessional, but it doesn’t matter! Ordered last night around 915pm. I get to the store and my order isn’t ready yet. They tell me a few minutes. 10 minutes later they tell me the espresso machine is broken, I asked for a refund and the girl behind the counter said only a manager can issue a refund. I said I would be back in the morning to get the drink I paid for because I didn’t receive anything.
