Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

Donuts are delicious, coffee is a solid decent. Not a bad cup of coffee. Had their breakfast sandwiches and was a bit disappointed. The maple waffle sausage breakfast sandwich reminded me of a better version of McDonald’s McGriddle. McDonald’s definitely has better hash-browns. The staff just seems over worked, overwhelmed, and understaffed. They had to close the inside because of lack of staff. The simple act of attempting to get a coffee was unpleasant. Besides the long wait. Which is understandable the staff definitely seemed to be doing the best they can. The communication problems and wrong orders I assume is because of the plexiglass everywhere making it difficult to hear and understand. Waiting around for little things like a single sugar packet for my coffee and holder for my coffee was very long. All the employees seemed to be working very hard. I usually never leave bad reviews even the service is bad but I can't tolerate rude behavior with customer without any reason. 1st of all, I completely understand morning rush and how overwhelmed the employees could be around that time so I'm not an unreasonable person. Yesterday morning I experienced rude behavior from an old grumpy guy in the register. Looks like he was forced to be worked. I ordered 1 dozen donut, 2 coffess, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I didn't even take 20 seconds to pick my choice of donuts while they're making my sandwiches but the old guy was telling me if I can hurry up because cause of me there was a big line. I don't understand why can't they open another register when the line gets longer instead of blaming customers?

Food and coffee was good. No one deserves to be treated like this in the starting of their day. Please fix your rude...

Stopped Here between two and 3 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a grilled cheese Panini and a Tuscan chicken Panini and two ice caps, One small and one large. When we received the order they were both small and the girl had to take it back and correct it. She then presented us with a bag as we pulled away from the drive-in window. It had three sandwiches in it and we had only ordered two. The grilled cheese were not very warm and the Tuscan chicken was not the way it should’ve been prepared. It was basically mayonnaise on the bread with chicken and a slab of cheese, not even melted! I also want to mention that we never received our credit card receipt or any napkins in the bag! Very surprised at this type of service at Tim Hortons and will not be returning to this location again. Hoping to hear from the manager so that he can reprimand his staff to do...
