When I finally got to the window to pay, they tried charging me $50 for 1 cheese quesadilla, when I questioned it they acted stupid, dropped it to $30.... I know its 9:30 on a Friday night but not everyone's been drinking and willing to be scammed. I can see why it seemed they messed up the 2 orders in front of me and had to remake theirs and it took 15 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. I actually was going to order a couple of burritos too but the lady taking the order seemed very rude and cut me off right after I said the first item, so I figured I'd just get something else somewhere else too . I ended up telling them nevermind and they flipped me off like it was my fault that they couldn't seem to figure out 1 quesadilla. This is the reason I stopped going to mighty as much, horrible customer service and a huge waste of time waiting in short drive thru lines for way too long. I usually like the food, but its just not worth the time and trouble.... I'll keep going...
Read moreI went to this location on Wednesday Feb.23 at 5:00 PM. Ordered a large chicken fajita and no sour cream.. It came full of sour cream. I also ordered two Beef, Bean and Cheese Burritos mild with no sour cream. The receipt said bean and cheese Burritos. I corrected that before they made them. I got two Burritos all beef loaded with sour cream and no beans or cheese. They had marked the receipt Lg sour cream. I ordered two Apple Empinadas and at the window after paying they said they were out of Apple Empinadas and would I take two cookies instead. I understand they have a turn over of people but at least train the person taking the orders to PAY ATTENTION and question if they aren't sure. This was my regular Mighty Taco but no more until they get their stuff together. they should put as seasoned person on the order taking and let the new people put the food together following correct instructions. Read moreI stopped at the Mighty Taco on Wehrle Dr. to pick up some food for the office. I have gluten and dairy issues and I was very clear to the order taker, Aaron. I was very clear in explaining my order to him. I ordered over $20 in food and when I got back to the office, my salad had cheese all over it. I even asked if everything was gluten and dairy free that was suppose to be. He said yes. I called and spoke with the Asst. Manager, Nicky. She told me to fill out a form on the website. Well, that didn't help me when I was at work and hungry. I did go back to Mighty Taco after my 9 hour shift (with nothing but a salad that I couldn't eat) with the salad to prove what happened. They gave me my $4 and change back, after spending over $20 that day, not to mention the numerous times I have eaten there before. Very disappointed! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
