KFC — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

I will NEVER visit this place again! Absolutely no concern for the food they offer, this is my second time (second chance) here, each time the food was inedible...this time I ordered a #13 barbeque chicken strip meal, potato wedge and biscuit, wait was very long but I'm ok with that if food is good, when i received my meal a guy brought it to and handed it to the cashier at the window who handed it to me. I live about a block away so I went home and when I looked in the bag I was upset, the biscuit was broken and lying at the bottom of the bag with no bottom half of it- just the top half and it was broken. Some potato wedges were scattered and some in there container... I was upset to see I wasn't given barbeque chicken but regular until I opened it, it looked more like someone spilled a little watered down bbq sauce on a section of two of them (not even coated) but forgot one THEN the worst part when I tried the chicken first bite...someones disgusting hair in my mouth. I tossed it. $7 down the drain but I can't imagine what they'd secretly give me for complaining. It's like there's no quality there, no discipline or standards. Where's a manager leading them? I didn't see one, just kids goofing around while trying to work...

Went there about 4 days ago, drive thru, even though the young at register, was very nice, he gave me impression doesn't know how to count, and I asked for my receipt, looks like he was in training with some girl. he told I needed a receipt. she turned her back on me. the window was open so asked them a 4 more times for my receipt, they just ignored me. then gave me my food and close the window and turned their back on me. I have never had this problem with KFC, always been very nice. always gave me my receipt. just don't get it. I left because they turned their backs on me. I never yelled or tried to argue with them. they acted like I wasn't there. but food was good...no customer service in Lockport, NY

Went to KFC on 9-20-2023, went inside, today, the food was decent, got 3-piece combo and chicken finger combo, to go. the only thing that was odd was there no prices...... up on menu board. I think prices a little high Food also was not very warm or hot, place kind of empty, service was fine.

I'm addicted to the Nashville hot chicken. I need therapy, seriously. Out of the numerous times I've eaten here, it has usually been later in the evening and not during lunch rush. This experience I felt I had a new employee as he made a couple oversights that seem like basic protocol. I received no silverware for my mashed potatoes and no napkins. If you've had the Nashville, you know you need napkins unless you are a degenerate and wipe on your clothing. Evolution aside, I asked for no ice as I was going on a long drive and wanted a drink to last the trip. It's usually not a grievance that I factor as it's fairly common and I tend to not finish all of my fountain drink. This experience may not have merited a review except the size of the tenders seemed diminutive compared to previous times bar one time where the size of the tenders was also small and felt there was excessive breading.
