I patronize this particular Subway quite frequently, as do my coworkers an many other Walmart employees. As a vegetarian, I always appreciate places where I can still make healthy eating choices without compromising myself. Even when I forgot to bring my own lunch. Although, I do not regularly consume carbonated beverages from this establishment. I always choose water with ice, whether by purchase of a meal, or just to refill my own personal bottle to stay hydrated. On this particular day, however, is something that you have to read to believe. I enter the Subway to refill my new water bottle with Ice and water, as I do most often. Immediately after I walk off, the Male Subway employee precedes to shout out to me. "What do you have in there?". I respond with "Just my usual ice water" & began walking towards the counter, willing to reveal my bottle to show him. "I heard you get something else" he exclaimed. "Just to let you know. So, you wouldn't think you could get away with it". I chose then to leave for the duration of my break. Speechless and offended by an employee of a company that I've regularly patronized for about 3 years, a place where the majority of the staff knows me and my regular order/routine. Being falsely accused of theft and having my integrity as an honest person, questioned, was highly inappropriate; especially by an employee of a company that leases space from Walmart. As I've said before, the ladies that work here have always been friendly and very hard working and that's something I'll always appreciate. But this recent experience has left an entire sour taste in my mouth, and all by the only...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorker stated he was the owner. He scanned the coupon and then added in bonus items to raise the bill. Three subs posted as $7.99 (each) and $8.18. He charged $6.99 plus extras at $2.98 (which weren't extras). It was what is stated as coming on the sub. Amounts posted are not what he's charging. He said "There's no button. So I have to just ring it in as 'closest item'." So a breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese sub posted/listed as $7.99, he's ringing as a veggie sub for $6.99 and charging an extra $2.98/sub. So the $7.99 breakfast sub is being rang in at $9.97. Plus the extra tax for each over charge for each sub. The cold cut trio (which is now only bologna and salami) was posted/listed as $8.18 he rang in at $9.99. When we stated the charges we incorrect, he said "not my problem, call the main corporation." Our $19.43 bill was charged as $32.32. He over charged up $12.98. We wonder how many people he's over charging each day and if they even realize it. That's not even mentioning the times we've gone in and they've been without half of their beverages or the number of times their cheap paper bags rip before even leaving the store. Last time we'll be purchasing from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe door dashed two subs for pick up. The worker waited until we came into the restaurant to pick up our order to tell us she didnāt have steak, or chicken, or onions. She seemed disgruntled that we had ordered from the establishment and was not apologetic at all- she was annoyed. I guess somehow we should have magically known not to order those items. She didnāt attempt to reach us through door dash prior to us coming to get the food and she wasnāt at all apologetic. She was rude, horrible service. Never doing that SubWay again . Here we come...
