Today,, 7/21/21 just made an order, lets give it another try, nope the phone etiquette is aweful, so upsetting.I had always had great experiences, but lately counting today, anytime we call to order, the phone etiquette is so terrible, first I called to order and was put on hold, I think they forget cause after 12 minutes on hold, I hung up, called a second time, after 5 rings they finally answered, and the girl on the phone was cold and rude, I just figured she was having a bad day and passed it off and continued to order after I was done she said anything else, I said no thank you. I said thank you and have a good night, she didn't reply, she just hung up. My husband looked at me and said "I could here her", and asked, "did, she say anything back, because to me she sounded miserable and to just hang up" I said she just hung up, I love this place but I don't think ill be going here anymore, its just consistent with the attitudes, its too bad, you should not be in customer service if you can't deal with people! This place is going down hill, my family has been going here for years, and I have a huge family, to lose all that business is a shame.😪😪😪 there are other places to go who will be a pleasure I'm sure.so my husband goes in and of course has to wait, in the meantime him and another guest has to suffer a dine in guest who is hacking all-over, and wears her mask below her nose when she leaves her table to get ketchup and napkins...just gross, on top of it our subs where terrible, I asked for it to be toasted the mayonnaise was runny yuck, we just threw it out it was so gross. Well we definitely will not be going back, and neither will the gentleman who ordered pizza and wings.in case you wanted the check number its,139 on 10 /07/2020 at 6:41 pm. This was my first time eating here (and my last). The person I was with ordered plain Chicken Fingers. The person at the counter asked him what he wanted on them. He looked puzzled because he was just getting the chicken fingers with extra blue cheese. She seemed agitated and asked him again what he wanted on them. I said, "it's our first time here". She then rephrased the question, so how you want them? He replied just plain with extra blue cheese on the side please. Knowing I wanted the soup, he inquired what kind of soup they had. The person at counter just looked oddly at him, so he repeated the question as to what flavor soup they were serving. With the soup inquiry, I received my second eyeroll since approaching the counter. She replied that they haven't served soup since the Coronavirus. I said, "Again, this is our first time so I couldn't have known that". I explained that online, the menu showed a Soup and Salad section. I then ordered a fish fry. She gave me two potato side options but I asked what else I could order because I was allergic to potatoes... (third eye roll). When our number was called out, I went up and collected our order and brought it back to the table. The fish was a greasy, over battered, flat slab of tasteless something - but I am not sure what that something was. Everything was subpar. It's not even worth wasting anymore of my time (or yours) on this review. It was by far the worst meal I have had...

Used to be an amazing place to get food from. However after ordering almost 50$ worth of food (2 subs wings and chicken fingers) for the family tonight I'll NEVER go their again. I checked my food to make sure everything was their before we left and the owner questioned why I was checking my order ... as I don't want to have to drive back to the restaurant with 2 small children then says "well since your going through them then you can bag the boxes" and proceeded to throw the bag at the food. I getting home to find soggy subs (with more lettuce then anything) and their chicken wings were soggy as well covered in thick goopy chunky sauce. (Nothing like a NY style buffalo medium sauce taste or look like at all!) And they were the most nasty wings I every tried to eat in my life (then ones McDonald's had for a while tasted better and had more crunch) I didn't even let my Children eat them. .... when I go out to eat I expect good food and good people not disrespect while I pay for my food and I expect my food to be what I pay for.....THAT PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Maybe new owners would do...
