Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

Overall, 3 stars. But the food was what dragged it down. I hadn't eaten at a Pizza Hut in years, since the original franchise went out of business locally. They were good. This new version of Pizza Hut has some different items. I tried the Ultimate Crafted Flatzz. It looked great. If only I could have gotten past the fact that it was WAY TOO SALTY AND PEPPERY, it would have been great. It looked very nice and I could sort of taste the actual food underneath all the salt and pepper. Why is it that restaurants and food manufacturers think they need to put so much salt in everything? In Europe the same items don't have the amount of salt as we do in the U.S. No wonder so many people have high blood pressure....it's all the sodium in everything from canned goods to frozen entrees and even the fresh foods in resturants. I probably won't get this again, or any variety of flatzz because of how much salt and pepper was on it. 45 minutes later and my mouth still...

To sum up in one word Garbage I would’ve summoned it up in two words, and said hot garbage, except for it wasn’t hot Toppings weren’t cooked didn’t get our order refused to fix the bill Then, when you call the complaint, they don’t answer the phone. I’m assuming because they probably Ben getting complaints since they opened because this is not a Pizza Hut recipe. It was like corner store pizza with toppings. Poured on not cooked do yourself a favor save yourself the trip. And if you do happen to get food there, and they don’t answer, call, corporate, or charge your order back from your financial institution

Definitely NOT the same pizza hut like Lockport used to have. The taste of the food is very different. Not as good. Told 15 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later. The board said "ready" next to my name. I paid. Was told it food was coming out of oven. 10 minutes later was told food was waiting to be boxed. Three people had to ask for refunds during the time I was there because it was taking so long, and they were there before me. 8 cars in drive-thru when I walked in. 7 remained when I left. They should have practiced on friends and family before opening...
