So disappointed!! I rarely write a poor review, but this was concerning. I went here today to get a tea, and I noticed the employee was pouring water from a huge bucket looking container. I asked if she could use the filtered water from the tap, the way other Starbucks do. She said it was the same water, which didn't make sense. Why not use the tap then? Therefore, I asked if she could please make me a tea with no water, as the bucket container didn't look sanitary to me. She huffed and rolled her eyes, dumped my tea out, did not rinse the cup, and poured a new tea, and then put it on the counter and walked away without making eye contact. What happened to "I am sorry, let me make you another one." I feel the employee in this case needs a lot more training in customer service. Read moreI’ve always had great experiences with this location for the last 2 years I’ve been coming hence the two stars. I’ve been coming 4-5 days a week to get breakfast and coffee. Today I had the most unpleasant experience with one of their employees. She looked new because like I mentioned I’m pretty friendly with the staff since I’m a regular. Well this new staff member assumed I didn’t make a purchase and confronted me when I came out of the restroom saying that the bathroom are for paying customers only. I explained to her that I did make a purchase and if she needed proof. I came back into the location to show her my coffee and my app where it shows I only buy from this location. Read moreBathroom is for customers only! Since this is such a huge deal for the baristas- they should put a big red sign outside!! I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while, I work in town, but today I asked for the code to the bathroom- and the barista shot back "did you buy anything" - which I had- via the app, and needed to wash my hands before consuming- but even if I hadn't- I was shocked by the response. I shouldn't be though- I've been treated this way here before, like when they didn't add whip cream on a regular order of a strawberry frappuccino, and asked for it- the barista rolled her eyes and tossed the whole drink when I hadn't even touched it!
