Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food or Dine I. Restaurant in my life. The staff was arguing and saying inappropriate things in front of my 5 year old. Standing in line we were completely ignored as they finished a bunch of take out orders in front of us, which could be understandable as they were already started. However they started and finished at least 7 more take out orders before even acknowledging we existed standing right in front of them. All of the front staff seemed to be under the influence of something and were cross contaminating meats with veggies with their bare hands, no gloves. Switched personal doing meat versus veggies and toppings in front of us using bare hands without washing them at all. I had several good experiences at this Moe's several years ago,but the current staff is the worst I have ever seen at any food service place including all the major chains. Someone is going to get sick eating here and the way the staff was they should all be fired and start over fresh. This is the worst representation of a Moe's restaurant I have ever seen. We will never be back and I will warn everyone I talk to to not visit...

The experience was absolutely awful. Trey, the employee making the food had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I was literally blown away by how rude and unprofessional he was. I noticed it when the woman in front of us was ordering and he very sharply told her she needed to do one thing at a time as he complained to her that he had other orders to make that weren’t hers. When it was my parties turn to order, he said to my female friend “next in line, what can I get for you my guy”. She ordered her food, then my next friend went to order and asked for steak on her meal…. He responds with “ you can pick something else” my friend, rightfully confused, asked if they had steak…. he proceeded to point to an empty space in the hot well and repeat “you can pick something else”. I totally get having a bad day and being understaffed but we were patiently waiting and were nothing but kind. We called him out on his poor attitude but he couldn’t swallow his pride and take accountability for his actions. This was my first time going to Moe’s and it sucks that that was the experience I got….. food could be good, idk. I definitely wouldn’t recommend...

Well the restaurant was about 50 degrees so we knew we were not going to sit and eat inside. Next no happy "Welcome to Mo's!!". Barely an acknowledgement when we were standing at the line. Is was like my third time in a Mo's and my Mom's first. We proceeded to watch while the guy dumped a stacker from the grill out onto a new tortilla....it was disgusting and disturbing. We should have left. Then taking our order he was not helpful to my Mom who didn't know what all the options were for her tacos. I had a quesadilla that was not even luke warm. I am now nervous I might get sick from the food since it tasted a little off as we ate in my truck. We will NEVER go back to this or any other Mo's. $26 bucks for two little tacos, a messy nasty quesadilla, some cold tasteless chips and a dip. No drinks. Just a huge disappointment. Not one employee was what I would consider enthusiastic...
