Literally sitting in the drive through at this Taco Bell location and have been sitting here for 10 min over a half hour before they are supposed to close and all the vehicles are trapped in the drive through line and it seems that the wonderful employees are literally waiting over thirty minutes and not taking anyone’s orders or even acknowledging them in the line so they don’t have to make food. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to make food at 12:30 at night then you need to update your hours , or don’t work in the food service industry. What a shame. I expect to be contacted by management. Either way I’m reporting this situation to cooperate. Thanks for lying to me for some dang tacos when you are supposedly open but can’t hire decent employees or hold anyone to a standard in your workplace. People are finally leaving the line, other than the ones who have already hopped the curbs to get out of the situation. I’ll head home and have ramen, no biggie I guess. But yall suck. Read moreI placed my order online at 951pm my order wasn't completed until 1025pm. My crunch wrap didn't have any jalepenos like I ordered. It was super thin on one side and bursted through the opposite side. My nacho fry box was half full as well. Last but not least, I got home and had no sauces like I had ordered either. Yes I could've checked before leaving but I shouldn't have to do that. These mistakes show complete carelessness and lack of attention to detail with orders. Looking at the previous reviews it seems to be a common theme in that store. 5-6 people were working that night this is absolutely unacceptable. I have photos of the food as well if you'd like to see the master piece they made.
UPDATE! I received replacement meals from the Franchise owner and decided to try this store again. I got my food the night of March 30th and it was 100% the best quesadilla I've ever had from taco bell! The girls working that night know what they're doing and have redeemed this stores reputation. Read moreSo I think grand opening may have been tonight. Order was accurate. Food was fresh. Customer service was friendly. There was a wait time in the drive thru, but I figure that’s expected with new opening. Only issue with the food, is that the marker on the wrapper bled through onto the food. This happened to three items, but pic included was the worst of it. Didn’t bother calling to complain, but I’m sure they would have been more than accommodating. Other than that, busy times at the drive thru will be an issue. They need to do something about the access points. There are two main entrances that lead to the drive thru. But because of the entry points, cars were blocking exits, and couldn’t get in/out of lot and drive thru. We got in just in time and avoided that mess.
