IT'SUGAR Niagara Falls — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

Once you get past the prices, this is a fun place if you're looking to flashback to the glory days of mall where "Sweet Factory" was a thing. My only reduction in the score is due to the lack of "unique" candies. Most of these can be found in traditional stores or even gas stations. I remember seeing more things that were unique to places like this, making the visit and cost, more worthwhile. Like, why am I going to get Candy Corn here at $15 a pound?

Also the packaged candy is pretty ridiculous. $4 for a king size kit kat? love that they have the import flavors but again, the mark up is out of this world and the reason why brick and mortar places like this succumb to being shuttered as people can turn to amazon and other online options at a fraction of the cost. i suppose this place relies more on impulse spending and those who are shopping at the outlets for the experience as opposed to securing long term, returning customers, who in the long run would buy more if the price way lower, but the end quantity would balance... whatever the case, it's still a pretty fun place and i will drop ~$7 whenever I'm at the outlet for something else for the few flavors/textures i can't...

An okay stop for a candy fix!! They have a large amount of novelty items, some classic candies and fun gift ideas. They do sell bulk candy from the book as well, which is priced per pound.

There was one associate in the shop when we stopped in. She was friendly and greeted us. We walked around enjoying all the sugar treats and reading all the fun novelty candy wrappers. This would be a good spot to try and find a good for someone that's a candy lover or has a specific kind of candy they enjoy, so you can get it in bulk for them.

Overall: B Sweet toothers rejoice in the sugary goodness. Prices are a tad high, but loving...

I won't return. Came into this store for the first time as I usually walk past. The prices are high but expected at these stores so I knew that walking in. I did purchase about 6 items and had to wait for the girl at the counter to stop drinking her big gulp before ringing me in. She was extremely rude and when we finished paying she walked away back to her drink. I would expect with those prices I would at least get a bag surely they can afford that? But no, I had to go back to my car before continuing shopping. I will never be back to this store at least rip me off...
