I have no idea what happened to the quality of the customer service here in the past couple of months. I remember going last year and the employees here were always so friendly and the place was consistently clean. Now, without fail, every time I visit this location, I feel like I'm bothering the staff just by coming in. They're just always in a bad mood, if they have to put more or less of something I always hear a grunt or some sort of sass. Sometimes the staff is busy bickering/conversing among themselves I'm just awkwardly standing there waiting for them to continue taking my order. The restaurant isn't clean all the time, there are tables dirty, the back of the cooking station always looks messy, and they never ever refill the condiment station (specifically the tops of the plastic sauce containers), I have to ask for them every time. To be honest, if you don't like the job of being in customer service, then leave. There are so many other jobs out there, don't make the customers feel like they're doing YOU a disservice of coming in to order food.
Whoever the manager is needs to be better at hiring/training the staff. It's not that hard to ask the customer at checkout if they need anything else and if they have their Chipotle app for some rewards with some sort of grin or smile...

Show up at 845 and go to pickup area. 4 staff are standing around and 1 is actually making orders. 2 people came in and were helped in the next 10 minutes by the 1 good staff. Around 855, someone finally comes over and asks my name and says the order wasn't made yet. Obviously, 4 staff were too lazy to do their job. I mentioned why they couldn't make my food in the last 20 minutes when others have come in, ordered and paid in the last 10 min. He just grumbled cause I hurt his fragile ego. The lazy staff member intentionally gave me brown rice instead of white, pinto beans instead of black, left off the corn salsa and guacamole. I didn't notice this till after I left but my girlfriends order under a different name had white rice, black beans, corn salsa and guacamole so this place was not out of items, he just was intentionally petty and purposely messed up my order because he was hurt I called him out for being lazy. Read moreI went in at 8:25 tonight with my son. I ordered a bowl and was given half a spoon of chicken. I asked Angel the server to put the correct portion and he asked if I wanted double, I said not just the correct portion which he did. Angel then proceeded to aggressively stare at me and verbally insult me while I was trying to continue my order telling me to go home and get more sleep. Something is clearly wrong with him. I asked for the manager and she said she would take him to the back to talk to him all the while Angel still aggressively staring at me. Chipotle what a poor representation Angel had for your restaurant. Needless to say I didn’t take the food and will never step foot into that restaurant again.
