SERVER: ELIZABETH D. IS A BIG NO!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! FOOD WAS AMAZING BUT WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK BECAUSE OF ELIZABETH D. SO RUDE AND RACIST!!!

I made a reservation here for my husband's birthday for a party of 8. I made it about 3 weeks in advance. The reservation was there and we were seated. The food was amazing BUT WHEN I TELL YOU THE SERVICE THREW EVERYTHING OFF. Our server was Elizabeth D. She was the worse anyone could ask for. She was absolutely horrible, and I usually dont write reviews but her service compelled me to write this review. She did not bring everyone what they ordered in time, she kept forgetting and we all sat there without our drinks. Then, she was rushing us sooo much. She was in a rush for us to order starters and we weren't even done with starters when she wanted us to place the order for entrees and she kept insisting. It was my husband birthday who's in the military so he isnt home very often, she absolutely ruined the whole experience. I had already brought the cake and told her to bring it out in the end once everyone is done eating. She brought out the cake WITHOUT even asking and started "forcing" us to be done with our food. I asked her to not bring out the cake yet because people were eating still and in the meantime get the table cleaned up a little. All the mess was still on the table SHE LITERALLY PICKED UP MY HUSBAND'S PLATE AND TOOK IT WITHOUT ASKING HIM while he just turned his head to talk to me for a minute. So rude!! And mind you the rest of the mess was still on the table but she wanted to pick up the plates of food that was being eaten for some reason. My friend was also still eating and she literally said to his face "I cant bring out the cake till you finish so if you could please hurry" She gave him a box without letting him finish. And just put the cake in front of my husband with all the mess on the table. No one was informed that the cake was coming so we could even get pictures or videos. She didnt even let my husband fully blow out the candles and said "I need to take the cake to get it cut" And I had to intervene and say "please wait I have to take a picture of the cake" WHILE WE JUST STARTED EATING THE CAKE SHE BROUGHT THE CHECK. And before you think it was maybe near closing time, it was around 8:50pm. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. The food was so amazing but SHE is solely the reason I would never go back! She also seemed racist according to some of my friends. The service was horrible! If one person cannot do a big table there should 2 servers. As I mentioned the whole experience was ruined because of her and no respect...

Extremely disappointed! Wanted to celebrate a nice dinner with family here and the customer service to the wait and the staff was horrific. I had a supposedly a large party of 14 for which I called to make a reservation for. Apparently it was too large to make the reservation time for the prime time according to Chris, whom I spoke with. You are not able to make a reservation online for more than 6 people. Ok, no problem. He suggested I go there sooner with the potential of being seated early. Big mistake! I get there 7:30 only to be addressed by a frantic staff that not only had my name incorrect the satff aid it looks like an hour wait. That was fine because he said we came early, so we should be good. Waited 2 hours patiently only to see all other parties without reservations being seated. Finally, the icing was the member in front with red straight hair allowed a party of 8 skip ahead of us because it seemed they were from the same place. We waited past our now 9 :15 PM! Reservation! Watching staff seat people foolishly, with no coordination and only to be the last! People to eat. No manager came out to speak with us. No one let us know what time we should of been seated no update provided. The staff themselves said this place is busy we are use to it. That my party wasn't the largest they have served. They have served 30 people before. So why cannot they develop a better seating system for people who actually call ahead plan and make reservations. Customer service is very poor by staff Except for the gentlemen in front with curly hair. Lack of customer care. They staff themselves said we see this often so they don't really care and don't understand why people come here the food is sub par. That's correct. Sadly, I will take my business elsewhere! Seemed like we were an inconvenience to this place as paying customers. Please improve your waiting area. Staff management and skills. Seating and time management. Will not go here again to be brushed off by staff, especially girl with red straight hair who yelled at staff member right in front of customers. Sad. Horrible! Would rate 1 star if not for our waiter he was fast pateint clear and nice! That is how customer service should be! To be fsir he probably wanted to go home too since it was now 10 pm! It's 2024! We come here when the opportunity strikes, it’s a pleasant experience with easy parking, and not a long wait time to be seated. The dining room is large and glamorous (like something you’d find on the Las Vegas strip), the service is excellent Alisha our server stood out the most, and the food is consistently delicious. The complimentary bread was warm and toasty. We ordered (to share) the Crispy Fried Cheese (Havarti and Creamy Fontina Cheese Coated with Parmesan Breadcrumbs and Fried Crispy. Served with *Vodka Sauce). *The menu says vodka sauce, but it tasted like sriracha to us.

As a group of four, we savored an array of scrumptious entrees that were nothing short of impressive.

Bourbon Street Chicken (Sautéed Chicken Breast with Tasso-Garlic Breadcrumbs, Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Corn and a Spicy Cajun Sauce).

Rib Eye Steak (Served with Potato and Green Beans)

Crispy Caramel Chicken (Crispy Battered Chicken Breast in a Spicy Thai Caramel Sauce, with Mushrooms, Onions, Red Chile Peppers, Garlic and Ginger. Served with Steamed Rice.

Spicy Ginger Beef (A Stir Fry of Beef Tenderloin, Shiitake Mushrooms, Sugar Snap Peas, Bok Choy, Red Onion, Sesame Seeds and, Spicy Soy-Ginger Sauce. Served with Steamed White Rice).

All the entrees were meticulously crafted and, most importantly, not overshadowed by overpowering seasonings, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. This dining experience was a testament to the culinary experience of this establishment, left us thoroughly satisfied and eager to return for more memorable meals.
