If I was able to give a 0 star review I would. Has nothing to do with the food or any of the workers, it has to do with the manager. The old grumpy white man with the grey hair needs to be fired. I went to Panera bread and placed an order for my family. When I got home one of the items was missing I called the store to see if they could deliver and they told me they couldn’t, they told me I can come pick it up so I did. When I arrived I asked one of the workers for the item that they forgot, she didn’t know about it so she went to the manager. He came over to me and asked how he may help me. I explained to him I’m the one that called and you told me to come in and he said “ I don’t know what you’re talking about” who are you. I then once again explained it to him. He didn’t say nothing and continued to do what he was doing. I waited for 5 minutes and still no answer at this point I knew he was ignoring me. I called my family member that spoke to him on the phone and told them he was ignoring me. I got so frustrated I told him I’ll just pay for it, he still ignored me. I then told him to stop ignoring me and I don’t wanna have an issue. He tells me get out the store or he’s calling the police for not leaving. I then had no choice but to leave. Read moreI Love Panera but I was disappointed in the service provided at this location. Let me explain. It all started when I was placing my order. The Cashier must have heard my name wrong after I repeated it twice and put Gloria on my order. Ok great. As I am waiting for my order, The person preparing my meal calls out Gloria. My buzzer rings and I go over to the counter. It is then that I noticed that the name was different than mine. Here is the plot twist. The cook put another order next to my order and it was the same pick two order except the sandwich was different. Ok so she put my receipt on the wrong order and it was also not my name just my number. I was examining the food when the other customer starts complaining that it was not her order. The cook then looked at me and yelled at me that I had the wrong order and picked up the wrong order. 1- my name was incorrect 2- you placed the receipt on the wrong order. Why am I being yelled at for "taking" the wrong order and then being given attitude about it? As if i were anyone's child in this establishment. I understand that not everyday can be our day, but to yell at me over something that was not my fault is unbelievable and it is the very LAST time this Location will see my money. Read more08/13/2024. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I came in and ordered my food then patiently waited. Once I received the food I took the plates to our table with MY HANDS FULL & went back to grab the cups to fill them up. As I’m filling them up, an employee comes up to me with the nastiest attitude ever and tells me to blatantly “stop vaping” and that if I do it again I’ll have to leave. I tell him that I didn’t do that, & that I never even purchased a vape in my life. He proceeds to walk over to the order pick up to ask his coworker if it was me and they “confirm” that it was. He came back to me and said “they just told me it was you again, because you did it in their face. If you do it again, you’ll have to leave” I told him once again that it wasn’t me and that I didn’t do anything but okay. I proceeded to walk back to the table to ask my friend if he seen anyone vape that the worker could’ve confused me with & he told me that he literally seen a girl with her boyfriend vape in front of them.
