Every I patronage this location, the people at the register don't seem to be aware of the current promo or product being offered. I saw the poster for a $2 Colotta, the employee argued that they had no such drink. I then politely asked if they could go outside and look at the poster. Another emplyee joined the conversation reiterating no such drink is offered. The employee ran to the back. Then, return and promptly announced, we offer a $2 Colada. I responded, of course you offer it. I been trying to sample it for $2 promo. I told her, I told you about your own product. She asked what flavor. I responded the one advertised on the poster. She argued they don't offer it. The manager came over and took over my order and yes they do offer the flavor advertised on poster. This DD is consistent about messing up orders unless...

Horrible customer service, and gave me a dirty cup with a lid, all I asked for was warm milk for baby’s bottle, and a donut, the lady in a rude tone says anything else?! And I said no that’s it, the guy gives me burning hot milk, to the point where it was hard for me to hold the bottle, I asked for cold milk and an empty cup and he gives me a dirty lid, and in his language (which I speak as well) he said I’m holding up his customers, plus he gave the customer who was after me, their order first, even though all he had to do was heat up milk for me, I’ve been to every dunkin no one has ever given me an issue on this, everyone was always understanding except this location! Ignore the old bad reviews, this Dunkin’ must be under new management because it is easily the best I have been to. It is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly, even in the early hours. The manager/owner is often there when I go in and he is also very friendly and chats with me. I have been in about 5 times so far, and the man who is always working has already memorized my order. He makes it quick and perfect every time. Sometimes i’ll go into a Dunkin and my drink doesn’t taste right but this location gets it right every time.
