Place is unorganized when it comes to handling lunch rush. This is my first time here (ordering for myself, husband and 2 kids) and the first man taking the order told me that I don’t tell them my add ons until I get to the counter. This was both hot and cold sandwiches. When we get to the counter they add on for the cold sandwiches and then hand me my hot sandwich with everything already on it. When I wanted add ons and also things taken off. Then while waiting for our last sandwich they start piling up sandwiches together from other orders and we end up paying for someone else’s sub, get in the car and realize we have their meal and not ours. My husband goes back in and hands back the sub that isn’t ours… and they try to hand the same sandwich to the other person without making them a new one! They start taking care of the other customers and forget about making us the sandwich that they never made to begin with.
Would never come to this place again, especially during a rush. But they could take the time to listen to the customers and keep everything separated...

I would recommend going before 3pm as it seems the staff after that time is not very engaged and give off the vibe that they do not want to be there. The quality of the food though it's very good, I would recommend this sub spot over Subway for that reason.
The price for a full sub is around $15 though so expect to spend a decent amount. While the price itself isn't an issue the customer service that comes with it is. Like I outlined before the later shift service is poor at best. I've spoken to the owner and the manager before and they are both great guys. I highly recommend going when the manager is there. Very very professional. It's unfortunate that my experience there was marred by an unsavory experience.

Read moreI went in and everyone was in the back, so the girl comes out and she puts on her gloves, starts cutting my meat...she did a wonderful job, even though the acting manager did make her change the way I wanted her to cut, but they took that part off and it was looking good...then 2 more guys come from the back...they looked like they had the gloves on already doing whatever in the back. So I'm looking at the brown lettuce and the mushy tomatoes...I hadn't actually said , but he put the lettuce on and it was a turn off, not to mention the last guy who's touching the register in the same gloves he's touching my sandwich, you can see the fingerprints on the register, he touches it and then grabs the sandwich and starts cutting. I'm like I don't want that sandwich, he mumbled something, I walked out...I don't like 5 people touching and talking and laughing over my sandwich.
