I wish I could have left 0 stars to be quite honest with you. This was the worst hotel experience and I didn’t even get the leave Long Island for it. The staff here is so rude, I watched them curse out multiple guests for saying they didn’t like one of the dishes they ordered, which I can understand because the food was sub par, would’ve preferred to go to Outback honestly. My $18 Margarita tasted like orange juice. Also prices on the menu and bar were inconsistent considering at the table 2 drinks were $36 and when we went up the the bar they were $50. Additionally I went in to see a bands performance and about half way into their set the managers turned all the lights on on them and started heckling them from the back screaming not to play anymore songs, wasted and broke a wine glass.
