I ordered from here numerous times in the past and they were always yummy and reasonably priced. Placed an order for lunch special 2 rolls (salmon/yellowtail) - I always get this and never had any issues from past orders. Once the food was delivered, I ate one of the yellowtail rolls and it immediately tasted funny, so I tried another roll with soy sauce maybe to mask the taste.. Nope, it still had a spoiled taste, not fishy but taste rotten like it was sitting out for days or could have been last weeks leftover batch. At this point I had 4 pieces left so I started peeling apart the rolls. Normally they will be one nice cut up chunk of fish wrapped in rice, but 3 of the pieces were minced like garlic and smashed together into a roll. I called them up 1.5hr after eating it because that's when I started to feel nauseous and having a stomach ache.. The lady that picked up the phone told me the fish just came in today, everyone else ordered today and didn't have an issue. I told her they should check the yellowtail fish because it didn't taste right, and I just wanted to let them know. (I wasn't demanding a refund) She automatically assumed I ate it 1.5hr and said oh you just ate it now, of course it will taste bad. Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered from Yuzu and tipped what I felt was fair, but the delivery driver clearly didn’t think so. He showed up to my home yelling, screaming, and banging on my door — totally out of line and incredibly aggressive. He also wouldn’t stop calling my phone and refused to leave for at least five minutes.
I was shocked and honestly felt unsafe. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disturbing. I’ve since heard from multiple neighbors that this same driver has acted aggressively toward them too after deliveries. This is clearly a repeated issue that the restaurant has not addressed.

I immediately called Yuzu and was told they can't cancel order and was instructed to call Grubhub. I called Grubhub and per grubhub the restaurant has to cancel the order.
