I went into jersey mikes in massapequa park 11/8/22 around 2:15pm. I got in line to order my food and the lady at the counter was frantic trying make sandwiches. I gave her my order and was ignored. She was cutting bread in half and throwing it around and ended on top of glove box, very unsanitary. So then she asked me again what I wanted. i said I wanted #9 with no bacon and american cheese instead of swiss and #10 tuna. I then asked for cheese and the lady huffed and puffed. Then after #10 was made i paid roughly about $26 and change. I got two reg. Sandwiches 2 bbq chips and 1 pepsi zero sugar. After I paid and my second sandwich was being prepped and guy scratched his head and took off his hat and then put his back on and rather changing gloves he continued to make my sandwich. After everything was wrapped up im waiting there for my food to be bagged up and this guy just walks away while the lady rings up another customer. I asked the lady for my receipt and she ignored me. I then asked for my food to be bagged up and asked for a receipt and this guy gave me an attitude. He said why didnt I ask him for a receipt before hand. Started yelling at me. Then he chucked the bag and sandwich towards me to which i said no need for the nasty attitude. Instead of being apologetic hes blaming me saying I have an attitude and continues to go off on me. As im bagging the sandwich up he starts threatening me telling i dont know who he is and the fact that he is in uniform and that if he wasnt in uniform he would mess me up. I will be taking legal action against your establishment as well as the workers I encountered today. Very nast experience. Not my first time in your place. I need someone to call...
Read moreJust went for lunch and it was slightly busy, but the manager had asked the employee to switch to xl gloves in order to get them on faster and sprinkle but the employee proceeded to go back and forth annoyed with the manager, which is fine but then the employee proceeded to take her obvious frustration out on the food I had ordered and when she went to wrap them crushed both of them , I didn't say anything on the first time but then she did it purposefully again to the second one and I had to stop her and ask her to re roll the second sandwich, if she was not having a pleasant time at work that's fine but I'm paying for the food with my hard earned money and I don't appreciate it having it ruined out of spite due to a disagreement between the manager and employee when I was not involved at all .

Read moreDistrict manager is underhanded and shady, I hold food and sanitation certification, for some reason district manager wanted to meet at a different location which led me to believe this location was not up to standards, when confronted about the avoidance, relented and said there was a new manager, this is an addendum to what was previously written: as of this afternoon, the district manager spoken about about has taken it upon himself to reach out and contact me which backs up the above mentioned lack of professionalism, thus constitutes either lack of professionalism or lack of sense.
