MÓGŪ Modern Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I can't express into words the massive significance this brand has in the food industry right now. Mogu is a revolutionary game changer. I am absolutely in love with the concept and I don't think I've been behind or supportive of a company this much before. Mogu completely re-thinks American Chinese cuisine and delivers a healthier approach without the after effects you may feel from the standard Americanized Chinese take out. Everything is based on the dishes you have always known and love but prepared in a way that you can feel good about having it anywhere or anytime and still feel energized after. Everything is either air fried or baked and they use much less oil and if any MSG at all. They even have some awesome dishes you typically don't see at standard take out places. The Popcorn Wontons for example are outrageous, the Bang Bang Rice is ridiculously good, and the Singapore Mei Fun Noodles are so uniquely delicious and flavorful. Every single person who works for the company is unbelievably passionate about what they're doing and the product they are serving you. I could sit here and list names of different people all day and I'd probably forget some, because EVERYONE is that nice, that friendly, and that outgoing. Every staff member from the owners, to managers, to workers, are so awesome. The place itself is super clean and always kept super clean all the time. It's spotless and you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. They have an outstanding rewards program that they just improved and made even better. I believe they also even have a delivery service partnership where if you live within a certain proximity to a location, they waive some delivery fees with the service. In conclusion everything done here at Mogu is delivered in spades. To the concept creators, owners, managers, and all staff, you guys rock and are all awesome. Every location is so consistent, so it doesn't matter which Mogu you go to. Mogu has recently won awards and it's not hard to see why. So happy for them. I recommend this...

These guys are knocking it straight out of the park! So happy they opened a location closer to me. Ryan who was managing the Mogu in farmingdale is here along with his cousin John and staff, they are just incredible leaders and very accommodating. They need a Ryan everywhere truly a great guy. Mike the owner has created a terrific menu All of your Chinese food favorites without the bloat, headaches or hunger 1 hour later lol I’m in love with the concept. I visited today and the consistency is here in the food, atmosphere, exceptional service(I must say it’s better service than a fine dining/steakhouse, and I am serious!) we were asked several times if everything was ok. It’s cafeteria style but they bring the order to your table and check on you continuously. I love the emperors general TSo’s not spicy~crispy air fried no grease all white meat and the sauce is sooo good, egg drop soup, the not so fried rice, egg rolls, wonton soup..the ribs yummy they taste like real ribs tender and not just a bone basted with pink artificial flavoring and coloring you get at these old take out places. I highly recommend them. My prediction is Mogu in Woodbury will be a hit that keeps on hitting. Congratulations Everyone! See...

I love this place! I love the concept of it everything here is delicious. It’s guilt free Asian food air fried and baked.. the place is very clean and the staff is more than accommodating all super friendly.

If there’s something wrong with the order they will replace it or refund it, they stick by the quality of the food they sell and feel the customer is always right.

A special shout out to Yanera the manger. I made the mistake of ordering something that was too spicy with the person at the counter (there was a miscommunication) and when I got home I called. I spoke to Yanera to tell her about it and it didn’t matter whether it was my fault or the restaurants fault she offered to drive the food to my home and that’s not some thing that they do..they only deliver through DoorDash. I of course told her not to worry about it at all, she was way too kind.. the second time I was there she offered to replace the item no charge and credit the previous item…she really went out of her way, I appreciate this so much.
