Unfortunately, our neighborhood McDonald's has fallen into some mis-management. Every single take out order that we have been picking up over the past few months has had either one, or several missing items, or an item not as ordered. Causing us to have to come all the way back to have the error corrected. This last time we actually checked, and made certain that all of our items were accounted for. But we got home and realized that the double quarter pounder with bacon that was ordered as part of a meal was correct on the label afixed to the box, but incorrect in the box. So, back I went to get the item corrected. The young lady that helped me was very apologetic, which refreshing and not the norm in these situations. I showed her the label, opened the box, and showed her that it was wrong. She went to the back, and came back 3 min later with a new box. I checked the box, and although the label on it specified "no sliced onions", there were onions present. By this point my frustration level was reaching a fever pitch, so I asked to speak to the manager Claudia, whom I had just seen 15 min earlier when I placed the order... but i was told that she was gone for the night. I found this strange since there were so many teen employees working. Nevertheless, she went back and brought back the correct item, which I then went home to eat with my now cold fries. Other than a sorry, there was no attempt at trying to guarantee repeat business.    Read moreWe ordered one steak egg & cheese bagel meal and one steak egg & cheese bagel sandwich with NO EGG (my wife is allergic to eggs) & extra onions. I checked the bag before leaving, and one of the sandwiches did show âno folded eggâ on the sticker. So I left, went home, and opened up both sandwiches to find an egg in each one and definitely no extra onions in any of them. She obviously wasnât able to eat the sandwich at all at that point. This place used to be good as far as McDonalds standards go, but lately weâve had nothing but problems. The time before this, we did a curbside pickup and the kid came over to drop the food off and smacked into my brand new car twice with the metal condiment basket, which I later realized had scratched the car. I donât expect exceptional service when it comes to any fast food restaurant, but this is very basic, common sense stuff. Theyâre very slow at this location but I know this and always expect to wait a while. But for how long it takes, the orders should be correct and I shouldnât have to worry about someone damaging my car just to pick...
   Read moreI had been coming here for years picking up and delivering orders for customers. Suddenly as of recent I have had store cashiers badgering me to âconfirmâ the order in front of them. The confirm button is for me not you. Why would I confirm the order if itâs not in my custody and Iâm not even in my vehicle. You are not a cop, you are a CASHIER you donât tell me what to do with my phone without a warrant. I get people are dishonest and steal but Iâm not. Customers lie and say they havenât received orders to get free food. Donât take it out on me I have a 100% completion rate. I shouldnât have to prove that Iâm there everyday. You arenât entitled to see my phone or the customers address. Iâve supported this store for YEARS! Iâve gone above and beyond for them including calling customers and handing them my phone to speak to customers when they were out of items. No more helping this store! Food delivery drivers, donât let these people mistreat and profile you as thieves....
