Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Terrible experience, awful service. I had an order from a friend texted to me it was my turn in line and showed it to the lady at the register who took my order. She tells me they do not have the item or anything like that, so I order two other similar type items and ask for them to be made decaf. First off the lady taking the order, not girl. The lady taking the order does not even know Starbucks items. My friend was very detailed in her text and spelled and worded everything as would be on a Starbucks menu. Secondly when i asked the girl who was making the two items if they were decaf and that I was just making sure because it does not say it on the sticker. She says no. I stated to her politely I asked for decaf, and please get that right. I know the coffees I ordered were wrong. Just by the way the lady taking the order seemed not entirely there or suited for this job. Back to anger Barista.. So she, Angrily pours both coffees in the sink and remade them filling only one half full. I probably should of asked for my money back and not accepted this service or this product but I figured that angry barista was having a worse day then me. Me having just spent 24 hours tending to my sick dog at a nearby vet. Awesome experience thanks..... Would not recommend, hey there is a Dunkin Doughnuts up the block would of been closer to the vets...

I recently visited this Starbucks, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! This Starbucks is very close to my job I always do my Uber eats here; I love this Starbucks it’s very clean and Well kept most of the time I don’t get to go into the store personally because I’m at work. Always Uber eats; On Monday I was actually running late to work and decided to stop and place my order myself. I’m already late might as well have food. They did not have the sandwich I wanted (bacon smokehouse) but the cashier was so nice to me he told me to try something else one of his favorites. Now I got a new favorite sandwich because I tried something new “bacon gouda & egg sandwich” & my ribbon crunch almond milk & whip cream was made correctly. Really love this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Even when you order Uber eats everything is the right temperature. My first time going directly to the store & wow the cashier says things Like what are you in the mood for? Wow best service...
