The burger said with a condiment of your choice except I was given no choice and it came over smothered in a ridiculous bright orange obnoxiously spicy sauce and if that weren’t enough the hidden jalapeños they failed to mention in the description nearly sent me to the emergency room. So buy one get one? No…. Buy one eat none. As for the crispy chicken tenders? Well they were about as. Soggy and wet as can be the breading for the chicken clumped sloshed off like a paper towel left out in the rain. The sides were cold and the Mac and cheese congealed like it’d been sitting out for days with the top starting to crust over. The cole slaw was the absolute worst cole slaw I’ve ever eaten so if you’re into collecting experiences this place has the most underwhelming cole slaw you’l find. I challenge anyone out there to find a Cole slaw that’s worse than this abysmal attempt at a simple classic. The mashed potatoes also cold and flavorless the single teaspoon of canned gravy they mangaed to spare might be something you’d expect to see during a wartime ration . the biscuit may have been the only edible thing in the order but even that wasn’t stellar it was a bit rubbery and needed more butter in the recipe. The whole thing was a terrible experience I wish I never had ordered it. if I could go back in time, would I stop myself from ordering it? No I’d go further back in time and stop the proprietor from opening this restaurant their food isn’t good it’s awful actually. I don’t understand how is this place in business when Popeyes exists and does every aspect of what they do and way better. Never again. Nope. They serve food that’s not even fit for an interstate rest stop.. ...

Please don't waste your time nor your money on this establishment. It saddens me more that this establishment is runned by my fellow Afghans. Afghans are known for their warm and kind hospitality. This is the second time I have received old fried chicken in my order. The food was not fresh and even the store manager confirmed "ON CAMERA" that fresh chicken was placed on warmer for 1 hr. Instead of fresh fried chicken & fries, food is being served old and stale.. We went in to fix the issue and the Customer service was terrible. When we asked the employee behind the counter where the manager was, he states "there is no manager" while the manager is sitting there watching. The employee behind the register is instigating to fight outside. (Like he is elementary school) In the heated moment, I did place the food firmly on the counter but he claimed I threw the food on the floor while the food was still on the counter. Also, manager wasn't able to nor was trying to resolve the issue but stood with his ill mannered employee (mask was below his nose at all times with no gloves). Manager didn't have no mask at all. 1st time it happened we gave them "benefit of doubt" and didn't take no refund, instead one employee gave free piece. We don't want free food but good SERVICE. Also, floors and bathroom were unclean so imagine...

I came here today with some friends and was disturbed by the male cashier, perhaps a manager or some sort of supervisor. The female cashier working at the time had taken my order and forgot to give me my drink. When I went to get a cup on my own (the cups were on a rack at the cashier counter), the male cashier was antagonistic, asking me what I was doing and for my receipt. I understand I could've just asked, but they seemed busy and his tone was unnecessary.

When my order was late and I asked about it, the male cashier was extremely condescending towards the female cashier. He immediately turned to her, saying "you were the one taking the order" and that "there was no excuse," even after she got flustered and tried to explain herself. There was some back and forth a bit longer. It was unprofessional of him to express his frustration at a staff member in front of customers. The food was okay and otherwise came very quickly; I felt way worse for the female cashier than I did about getting...
