Got to the drive thru at 10am (8/13/23) to pick up two mobile orders. Only received 1 of the orders. Went inside and waited for someone to be available to talk to about my missing order. Spoke to an older lady at the cash register and told her that I was just in the drive thru and only received 1 of my mobile orders and was missing the other. I also showed her the voice code. She told me I had to go all the way back through the busy drive through again. Seemed ridiculous that the issue could not be remedied inside, but I complied and went through the packed drive through again. By the time I reach the last window where I was told to go to, it’s been almost an hour of trying to get my other order. At the window, the employee was trying her best to get me my missing order, then the manager (longer light brown hair w/ beard) popped in the window and said breakfast is now closed and it would be refunded. I explained the situation and how it’s past breakfast time because I was told to go back through the drive thru to get my missing order, and not my fault that I’ve been trying for almost an hour to get my missing order. To that, the manager aggressively responded “I doubt that’s the case” (referring to me being told to go back through the drive thru). Read moreNot all franchises are the same so when a reviewer who is biased says I don't care for none of them they're all alike that's actually not true as they're run by different owners, let's start at knowing the difference. With that stated I stopped for sausage egg and cheese but they ran out of croissants which set me back slightly so I settled for the sausage McGriddles. Fluffy, eggs made right, cheese placed and melted right and it was warm. Hash browns were good as well l, very crispy and the coffee was made very well actually and exactly how I asked so my McChefs (See what I did there) were on point this morning. Another take back was when I asked for sauces in the end she said there's a new rule for customers to ask before hand to pay which I understand because I've watched greedy people waste sauces. I asked if they had a sign for their new policy and she said no so my reply was "Oh so I guess McDonalds thinks it serves mind readers now huh?" And we both had a quick laugh. I wasn't giving her a hard time nor her me and she let me have them free of charge for the slight inconvenience where others would still charge even for their mistake so perhaps others had bad experiences here or other places and take it out on the lot but fairly judging todays experience minus a couple set back they get 4.7 out of 5 for todays overall experience. Read moreupdate 9/25Stopped in for lunch. It was busy, but that's expected at lunch. Self serve fountain is gone. Lobby has been redesigned. Self serve kiosks installed. It looks like they have optimized themselves for drive through. Lobby patrons face long wait times for a cashier and borderline unacceptable wait times to get your food. My sundae was pretty melted when it was given to me at the counter. I wouldn't recommend going into the lobby if you are looking for fast food that arrives fast. The sandwich I ordered was still warm and fresh. (Chain restaurants all depend on the cleanliness of the facility and customer service. This is a modern looking location, complete with a touch screen Freestyle Coca Cola fountain unit. The employees were busy wiping tables and delivering food to customers, so it was pretty clean. You order from a kiosk or at the counter, are given a number and your meal is delivered to your table. My meal arrived incomplete, and the server said she'd bring the rest when it was ready. The kitchen never sent out my sandwich, so after several minutes, I asked about the sandwich. The woman ran off and made sure she got the missing food.
