Culver’s — Restaurant in Town of Rib Mountain

Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm incredibly upset with this Culvers location. We visit this Culvers at least twice a week. Lately, every time we do something is wrong. For example, a few weeks ago we got two fish fries, two pieces of fish were missing. I called, spoke with a manager, she was sorry and sent us a coupon for their mistake which was a nice gesture. This past Friday I CALLED the store (as the last order I placed online the week before "wasn't" in the system), got the the store 20 minutes later when they said the food would be ready, paid for my meals, order was in the system, 15 minutes later, still no food. Asked someone, my order wasn't "showing up" even though it did when I paid for it. Another 10 minutes went by, still no food. At this point I'm upset, this is now 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready (45 minutes after it was placed). 10 minutes later I finally got my food (55 minutes after the order was placed). Manager acted as if it was my fault that it took this long for me to get my food. I get that at this location there are many young workers that work here, I'm TOTALLY all for that, it's nice to see a younger crowd wanting to work, but the management within really needs to step up and get them trained properly. There are several other instances that I've had a bad experience here, but this one topped the cake. We will be looking for somewhere other than Culvers to dine, and we will definitely be staying away from...

Took about 3 minutes for someone to take my order at drive thru, they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese, and they forgot an important sauce that comes with the shrimp (and I had specifically asked for this sauce to be safe). Small stuff, maybe it was just a chaotic day for the staff. Food service work is rough for the hourlies, I know that. It's just when you pick something up on a road trip along the interstate to eat once you reach your destination, it's disappointing when they get things wrong and frustrating when you have to wait a bit for your order to be taken (I was the only person in line). There are more consistent Culvers along the interstate tbh. Staff were all very friendly and more than accommodating. Just felt like my name was more important than my order, and I couldn't eat my burger because it had cheese. I'd rather management put more of a focus on order accuracy/times than overly indulgent...

This is the first review I have ever done, but it is very deserved. BEYOND amazing service from Katie and Leeann. It was RIGHT before closing that I had shown up-getting a meal after I got off of work- and was already feeling guilty by showing up a handful of minutes before closing. Knowing that they probably were wanting to go home as fast as myself, I apologized for showing up so late. They were nothing but incredibly friendly and patient, which genuinely put a smile on my face, along with going far out of their way to make sure my order was correct. If I couldve tipped them, I wouldve! But instead I gave them tootsie pops haha. Such kind people who know how to do their job very well. I loved Culvers already but now i love it even more!!
