I was confused while eating my burrito supreme. There seemed to be pockets of food. I got one bite all sour cream, one bite, all beans, one bite meat, one bite cheese. Everything was in there, but it was just very strange. When I first walked in, I was also not acknowledged for some time. The boy who waited on me, was very new, very clumsy, and very unprofessional. Poor kid needed more training! Later on, he came out to attempt to clean the messy dining room. He used a dirty rag, was flinging food onto the floor and used the same rag for all the tables in the dining room. Then he walked back up to the kiosk and started to wait on customers with food all over his hands! The final straw was when I tasted my churros. Ordered online, when order said it was ready my wife went in to grab food. Inside said they didn't recieve order and would not give us our food. The laughed at her when she said she wanted money back or our food. Then 2 guys came out from around the counter towards her. She then called me into the store and they proceeded to laugh at me and say it wasn't their problem. I approached the counter we had some words and then proceeded to call the police on us. I will be calling the general manager and letting them know how we were treated and try to get our $50 back. Will never visit this...

Awful experience. 1st and last time visiting this Taco Bell. The food was awful, no meat to speak of, was like having a little salad in each gross soft shelly thing. Ordered no tomatoes and still got them, had to redo. Also, it was literally freezing cold in there! We did ask about the temperature at the counter and the young man said "we need to keep it cold because it's so hot outside when we open the drive thru window"! And also as a FYI, the scrolling menu goes by so fast you don't have time to see what's in the box meals, very frustrating. Outdoor seating would have...
