Ropa's Chicago Style Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Rib Mountain

Was visiting from out of town. For dinner I was told to get a "good" pizza. The "best" at that. After searching pizza places around the area on google I came across Ropa's specifically from the pictures and the pictures don't lie! When calling I had a sincere greeting! Told him I wasn't from the area and that we wanted a good pizza. Guy on the other line was soo kind. Even said that'd make it extra special since it was our first time! Awesome service! When arriving he came out with not one but two pizzas. When accidentally making a wrong size they mad the right size and gave us the smaller one as well when they could have jist thrown it or keep it for themselves since they were closing in 5 mins. Pizzas were Hot to the touch! Went back to the hotel excited to see what great pizza I got for dinner. And what do you know it looks BOMB. Just like the picture even better. Great looks, great taste, great customer service, EVERYTHING. Ill definately be back. I'll be making the drive back just for Ropa's pizza. See you...

Raves for pizzas, 3 -18" for 12 people, ordered by Charlie on 7/31 in the pm. Cody the store manager was great in resolving our issue with the on-line pricing that differed from the actual when calling in... which we did to request specialization in toppings that were done exactly as asked.!

Our pizzas were delivered on time, and were hot & scrumptious! Best pizzas in the Wausau/Rib Mt area! We've had them from ALL the other places and Ropas is now our #1 favorite, voted so by all 12 in our party!!! They were so hearty and satisfying, we had leftovers...Yay! We"ve got your number and will tell all to call. Please continue the same quality output! Caviat...Your on-line pricing is very misleading... the large gap in actual cost should not be up to your employees to explain...there is no explanation other than bait and...

After looking forward to some traditional deep dish pizza and Italian sausage combos we arrived to what appeared to be a fast food counter with a handful of small tables. The man working unfortunatly didnt have people skills or health code knowledge. The deep dish was somewhat lacking in flavor and the combo sandwich with sausages were very cold in the middle. Ok... I notified him politely and he took them and said he would fix it. Our bitten into food was apparently thrown back into the oven and then returned to us. That didnt sit very well with us. Not hard to just remake a sausage. Its disappointing to pay 56 dollars for a pizza and 2 sandwiches and receive that type of service. With some work and training it could be...
