Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

I've been coming here for a while, and overall, it’s a decent spot. The coffee can be hit or miss depending on who’s making it, but when it’s good, it’s really good. The staff is generally friendly, although like anywhere, the experience can vary depending on who’s working.

One thing that does bother me is that during busy times, when the team is clearly short-staffed and overwhelmed, the manager doesn't seem to step in to help. In my opinion, a good manager should jump in when needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. Instead, it often feels like he just walks around or stays in the back, which is frustrating to see when the staff clearly could use an extra hand.

That said, I appreciate the staff who work hard and stay kind even when things get hectic. Hopefully management can improve in supporting their team...

I came here on Thursday my birthday. There was two lines so I stood on the wrong line. I was before some man that almost went first I ordered a frozen iced tea and an ice tea. I wanted whipped cream and paid the 50 cents extra. They tried giving me an ice coffee and argued with me when I said that I ordered a ice tea not a ice coffee. They never put the whip cream on the frozen coffee. I forgot my phone due to how nasty they where and how upset they made me. So my mom and I went back. They tried to ignore me and my mom when I went in to the store. We asked for my phone back when they finally stopped ignoring me. They stared at me as if they didn't want to give me back my...

Giving this place 5 stars only because of their employee Tyrik...not sure how to spell his name. He was working in the ice cream section just now. There was a customer who wanted to wash his hands and an employee pointed where the bathroom was. He said it was locked and if he needed a key but the employee said if its locked its because someone is in it. While the other employees would have had me and another just standing there waiting to wash our hands in bathroo. Tyrik actually stopped what he was doing and helped us. He even cleaned up the bathroom before i entered. Thank you Tyrik. Great job hiring this young gentleman who also was super polite and well mannered....
