Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Victor

One of my best experiences when it comes to food. I’ve been working at Eastview mall for almost four years and have been going there everyday since. I always feel welcomed and love talking to the lovely staff. They are so friendly and I always leave with a smile on my face. At this point they even know my drink and sometimes food order by memory. They even know me by name so if I ever have to wait for a fresh pretzel I just wait by the store and walk over and get it they don’t even need to write down my name. Ordered 5 items, got 4 of the 5 correct.

We got a blue raspberry lemonade ice, a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzels, a cup of pretzel dogs, an order of icing to dip and an order of cheese to dip. All was correct except for the pretzel dogs which were replaced with regular pretzels.

I know they weren't out because I could see several cups in the display. I was going to go bring this up to them to get the order adjusted, but I realized that they never gave me a receipt so I didn't bother.

I had the best experience at Auntie Em’s pretzels this afternoon! I ordered some pretzel bits and didn’t think to ask if there was butter on the product. Blonde moment!!! I developed lactose intolerance as an adult and after I took a bite I could definitely taste the butter. I asked the team working if they could replace my order without butter, and they did at no cost! They were very understanding, it made my day! Thank you Auntie Em’s for being so flexible! I’ll be sure to request no butter in the future!
