I was here today (March 22nd) around 6:00pm. There was a lady attempting to get reward points which didn’t end up working, and she stood and held up the line for 25+ minutes. After 20 minutes, the employee finally said can I make the other customers their food? The woman still didn’t move away from the register. The employee made the food of the woman ahead of me. All I wanted was cookies. I waited another 15 minutes, the woman holding up the line still doesn’t move. I’m not sure why the employee didn’t say could you please move away so we can cash these people out but the employee just stood there. I felt the need to say something to the woman holding up the line because no one else would, and it’s ridiculous to hold up a line for reward points, after the employee told her she couldn’t do anything about it. So I waited 30 minutes and didn’t end up getting my cookies because the woman would not move away and no one could cash out. You guys lost business and I will never be returning to this location. Maybe you should train your employees to handle situations like this better. Especially at a busy mall like eastview....

There was a woman behind the counter and as I was about to speak, she said that the Subway was closed. This was strange because of the time of the day when other restaurants were open. It just came out, I'm not gonna burn myself. This was after waiting 6 minutes for someone to come up from the back to even acknowledge there were customers. Ridiculous! It's 12:05, lunch time and they have NOTHING ready. I hope the owner knows how ridiculous that is. Total loss of money for subway, while others in the food court are ready and serving customers.
