I will start this by apologizing for being THAT customer. I was out yesterday trying to quickly pick some things up. Hit up this location because we ran out of soap. I didnt realize it was so close to closing time but I saw them cleaning up while we were there. No biggie i worked retail before and we were the only ones there. So I came here to check how close to closing time we were there. We were there past close. Omg. They didnt make me feel like I was THAT customer. They didn't rush me AT ALL. They didn't even do the fake being nice to rush me out. They were just being normal nice. I'm thankful I didnt loiter too long, just to save myself too much embarassment... Anyway, it closes at 6 on Sundays. Apparently. I would have never known based on my experience. So 5 stars. Least I can do. Hopefully they weren't too late...

Bath and Bodyworks does not like to rectify their mistakes. I visited the Middletown, NY store today to purchase some candles. I saw on the app that they had 3 wick Mahogany Teakwood candles for $6.73, in store they were $26.95. I was told by the cashier that in order to get them at the lesser price I would have to go on the app and have the candles shippped. When I placed my order for 4 candles through the app I got a message stating not in stock. I then changed my order to store pickup and got the message saying out of stock, yet the shelves were filled. I spoke to the store manager showed her the app screen and was told there is a glich in the app and if she changed the price she would get in trouble. If the app is malfunctioning they should fix it but give me the 4 candles at the price that...

I decided to try the car freshners. My favorite scents are the Eucalyptus Spearmint, & the Waikiki Beach Coconut. I advise you to get the vent clips. The visor clips don't work well. The cashier let me bring the visor clip back and exchange it. She put me onto the difference. Place the vent clip, on the vent, and turn on the heat. You will definitely get a nice smell. I recommend you get two, and put them on both vents. You will get a greater smell throughout the car. It works best when the heater, or air conditioner...
