Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Town of Wallkill

If I could give the server zero stars, I absolutely would. If I’m remembering correctly, her name was Angela or something along those lines. It was me and one other person came in to eat dinner. She took our drink order and gave us a couple minutes to look at the menu. She did not deliver our drinks, someone else did. 10 minutes later she comes back and finally takes our order. I pointed at the picture of exactly what I wanted and said no mushrooms twice. I made sure I told her no mushrooms. I told her exactly how I wanted my baked potato. I wanted it loaded with no sour cream. My other side was a Caesar salad. The person I was with ordered their food and she put it in and she left. She did not bring out my salad or our our food. Somebody else had brought out literally everything… when they brought out our food, I got the whole totally wrong meal. So they take it back and it takes her another about five or six minutes to walk over to the table to ask me what I even ordered and she had to re-put it in. She told me that she was gonna take the other one off and then also take off my meal because she made a mistake. So anyways, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and so she puts the new order and I tell her exactly how I want it - I want I got the sirloin and Alice chicken. I wanted my steak medium well and my chicken no mushrooms, my baked potato loaded with no sour cream. I already got my Caesar salad so I already didn’t need the Caesar salad. Emphasized on the no mushrooms again. A few minutes go by and somebody brings me out a Caesar salad which I had already ate I said no that’s okay... I already got my salad. I don’t need that. She brings it back- mind you it’s again not our server, it’s somebody else bringing our food out. We were the only ones in the restaurant at this point. So more time goes by and my food comes out and I have a steak the chicken WITH mushrooms and asparagus for the side. I said no this is the wrong again. It has mushrooms on it and I did not order asparagus. I wanted a baked potato loaded with no sour cream. She was like OK. I’m so sorry. I’ll be right back. I’m gonna go get you the right food. Still no sign of our original server. Another 10 minutes go and my food comes out…steak, chicken WITH mushrooms and a plain baked potato. Send it back again…at last my food comes out and it’s in a to go box (per my request because the person i was with already finished their meal…) my chicken and my steak was fine- finally no mushrooms, but my baked potato was literally just a baked potato wrapped in aluminum foil that potato did not even have butter on it. LOL. Then the waitress gives us our bill…. Actually she doesn’t even give us our bill. She tells us to look at the tablet and I look at the tablet and it says two ribeye meals on the bill. Both of us got a sirloin- m he got a sirloin with coconut shrimp and I got the sirloin and Alice chicken. Why the hell is there two ribeyes on our check? The person I was with obviously didn’t care and paid the bill just to get the hell out and even left her a large tip, but I feel like she did not deserve that at all. We had to go to the bar to pay because our tablet wasnt working and she was no where in sight.

I would give her zero stars if I could. She did not pay attention to what I was saying when I was ordering my food, she didnt deliver ANY portion of our meal (we were the only ones there) and she was not trying to...

I would like to personally thank the wonderful staff at Outback Steakhouse here in Middletown, NY. Today I decided to take out instead of dining in. I cannot begin to tell you how spectacular the staff was here. Daniella, Ariana, and Laura you three young ladies ROCK. They exhibited the best customer service, serving, and professionalism that I have encountered in a very long time while working under pressure to ensure that not only I was served in a timely fashion but also everyone else sitting and waiting for their orders. I never saw them sweat at all. They were hustling and busting to get things done. You three young ladies are the best. They were friendly, courteous, professional and made my wait very comforting. They communicated with me in every short second I was there while waiting for my food and once receiving my order everything was hot and fresh. My stay was welcoming and warm from these young ladies. I cannot thank them enough. Daniella, Ariana and Laura if you're reading this I would like to personally say thank you for your hospitality, gracias smile, and service. You guys deserve a raise. Outback should be proud of you three and that they hired employees like yourselves who truly care about their customers. I salute you all. Signed by your now favorite customer. Yolanda....

I went for lunch with my mom and as soon as we walked in we were greeted the most authentically sweet , the most beautifullll and loving woman I have ever met !! I wish I would have grabbed her name just so I can tell you all !! Her energy was so mesmerizing & wonderful to experience 🥰🥰 She should be teaching a class on how to greet customers, because she has that down packed man , I swear !! That already set the tone for lunch to be great !! Our server was also amazing, so sweet and attentive!! She seemed to be behind the bar and still had time to constantly check on us and ask how we were , she always remembered the extras we ask for and I appreciate that. The burger was definitely amazing , perfectly constructed and surprisingly heated up very well to eat for dinner !! Only con was that the blooming onion bits were a tad bit too salty but other then that I would definitely get it again. The burger itself was soooo juicy & flavorful 🥰🥰 Even the people who brought out things and other coworkers seemed to be so nice and respectful 🥰 Definitely a 10/10 experience and I could be picky so I definitely mean it when I say that. My mom enjoyed her...
