Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Wappinger

Ordinarily this place is pretty good However, the last couple of times I went, I chose curbside and waited more than 20mins each time. I was especially mad the last time I went because I not only waited 30mins but I had to get out of my vehicle because I just couldn't afford to wait any longer because I had my toddlers in the car; when I asked where my order was the girl looked confused and told me she didn't know, then said someone may have put it in the indoor pickup spot. At first I was thankful that it was even there in the first place but what I didn't know was that it was full of the cleaner chemicals and I unfortunately didn't taste my drink until I was already back in my car. I nearly puked all over the inside of my car, and thankfully at a stoplight and spat it out the window. At that point I felt that I couldn't trust these people to make the drink properly so I didn't even turn my car around to go back and have them fix it. After tasting it I realized the color was very off and very orange. I went to another location that happily fixed it. They even smelled it and told me that there was definitely something wrong with what they gave me and clearly inedible. I ordered a chai latte and caramel macchiatto today and the chai latte was basically just hot milk with no flavor, the macchiatto was barely 3/4 full and had absolutely no flavor or sweetener in it. I called the store for a refund and not only did they refund the money, but the manager was completely understanding/apologetic and gave me a free large Chai latte and caramel macchiatto and it was very delicious! I have been a customer at this location for years , but fir some unknown reason I e came in contact with one of your employees her name is Sam , she works numerous other employees and everytime I order something frome her and she makes it ,it's wrong ,I drink decaffeinated coffee and she gave me regular coffee instead.
